Trattoria carina con personale gentile e disponibile. Cibo: Antipasto rustico che non ho apprezzato particolarmente nella qualità. Buona la carne. Il primo tagliatelle con funghi e speck non mi ha entusiasmata, tutto sembrava un po’ buttato insieme… Dolci buoni… Prezzo giusto Porzioni veramente enormi! Riproverei per la carne.

Small restaurant with few seats, good and plentiful dishes, I recommend booking so as not to wait or even not find a seat. The only problem is finding parking nearby!

true typical cuisine of the Veronese area around Lake Garda, a real trattoria, with well-made and plentiful dishes, special mention for the first courses, really excellent duck and donkey ragù, quality meat and excellent cooked vegetables on the side. the restaurant service 100% well coordinated, friendly and always with a smile! Suitable place for both company and couple.

A bit crowded place, but excellent and plentiful food. Typical Venetian cuisine, the tasting menu is impossible to finish, but we took home the container with the leftovers.

Nel centro del paese questo delizioso ristorante è perfetto in tutto. Accoglienza gentilissima, nonostante non avessimo prenotato e ci fosse un pranzo sociale di Alpini ci hanno trovato un tavolo. Bollito superlativo con salse ottime, porzione super abbondante come anche per i primi. Prezzi onesti

29/01/2025: It is almost impossible to notice it from the outside but when you enter you are immediately struck by the enthusiasm and kindness of the owner. It makes you feel at home. This strong point adds to the good food and low prices, which is difficult to find in the area. Recommended and congratulations to the management and those who work there.

12/02/2025: Relying on the positive reviews read on the web I decide to book a table for two for dinner. Never was a choice more appropriate. A true tavern atmosphere. Excellent for the quality of the food offered and the speed of the service. An authentic place located in a central but somewhat secluded alley in the oldest area of ​​Verona. The medieval building that houses the restaurant is the same one where Romeo Montecchi, the protagonist of William Shakespeare's famous tragedy, lived. They offer a very interesting menu that reflects the typical Veronese tradition. Fully satisfied by the bigoli with anchovies, raisins and pine nuts, the Vicenza-style cod accompanied by polenta as well as the beef stew with Amarone. For the wine we opted for the house Valpolicella, an excellent result. At the end of the meal you get up from the table full and satisfied. A truly unique place not only for the quality of the raw materials but also for the kindness and friendliness of those who work there. Five well-deserved stars.
