Trattoria Pizzeria da Diego

11/01/2025: Personally I prefer Neapolitan style pizza... the one with the high crust. For my taste the pizza is too thin.... Ingredients nothing to say but the pasta being so fine it cools immediately unless you eat it in 3 minutes... Again, it's a matter of taste... For the rest everything is ok.
05/01/2025: the flattened pizza, I think it has a diameter of at least half a meter, huge, very good.
