18/11/2024: Tonight we ate at the labrasserie15 restaurant, in Desenzano, the place is also called vivi cafe. Although there were few people and the design of the restaurant is not fancy enough, we had a great time. The service was very nice, personal and pleasant service. Especially GLAUCO who was very nice and did everything to make us happy. The meat is the most important thing and the main reason We came. I took a piece of Rib Eye of 1 kilogram (3 fingers) type BALTICO Holstein Scottona GRASS FED. A real challenge to prepare it and the chef went above and beyond and managed to grill it very well. The meat is aged well but not marbled enough. It tasted good and I enjoyed eating it. My wife ordered a burger with bacon and cheddar cheese. It was overdone, but nevertheless it was delicious.
