From the outside, this is one of those places you wouldn't give the credit it deserves when you sit down and start enjoying your meal. Quality ingredients are handled by a person, Naty, who revisits and cooks with passion. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to dessert, with homemade pasta and desserts. The staff is friendly and smiling, and can recommend the best options for food and drink. I highly recommend it.

Discovered by chance on Google Maps while driving from Madonna di Campiglio to Bergamo. There were five of us, and we had a wonderful time: warm welcome, excellent service, and truly delicious food. They treated us like gods. Highly recommended!

I've been frequenting Trattoria Antico Sapore in Prevalle for several years, and it's always a sure thing. I've enjoyed great meals here, and especially wonderful drinks with friends—the kind that lingers in the memory and makes you want to return. The cuisine draws on tradition but is revisited with intelligence and personality: you can tell the owners are true taste buds, capable of bringing influences and flavors discovered over time to the plate without distorting the essence of the dishes. Special mention goes to Manu, impeccable in his management of the dining room, always attentive and welcoming, and to Naty, a fantastic chef, who with passion and talent makes every dish special. A warm atmosphere, excellent service, and truly excellent value. Highly recommended.
