We went to this place for lunch during our work.
It is located in the historic center of Barbaresco, in the lovely little square just below the Tower.
Parking spaces in the vicinity are limited, please remember that the historic center is closed to cars on weekends.
Reservation is recommended.
Excellent cuisine, very good and well-prepared dishes, homely attention and the right dishes.
Great wine list!
Very kind and attentive staff, intimate environment.
Appropriate bill for what we ate and drank.

And by interesting menu it’s not only in a positive way. Our 17-year olds struggled to find something that they liked and when they did, they weren’t that pleased. (Let me add they are not picky eaters)
I wish the place had more choices on the menu that were more mainstream also for adults. Rabbit stew and calf head didn’t tempt all that much.
The waiter was not very attentive
The bread basket had 3 bread slices in it (plus some grissini) for 5 people.I mean, why?
Food was ok but wouldn’t go back for the food. Taste was not exceptional and the appearance was basic.
Nothing appealing really. Just mediocre.

Delicious (summer) truffle pasta for €20. A good glass of Barbera for €6. With very friendly service on a nice terrace. Recommended!

During a tour in the Langhe we came across this restaurant in Barbaresco and although everything was booked, the kind cook and I think also the landlady found us a table for the two of us.
The environment is nice, clean, comfortable and furnished with good taste.
The dishes are excellent, the raw Fassona meat minced with a knife is perfect in seasoning and sublime on the palate. The meat and vegetable ravioli melt in your mouth and the rabbit roll is exquisite in flavor surrounded by very delicate pan-cooked vegetables.
The price is appropriate for the presentation and quality of the products.

Un pranzo non programmato, servizio buono anche se è una giornata di festa e il locale è pieno. Antipasto della tradizione buono, agnolotti piemontesi buoni, due calici di Barbaresco davvero di ottima qualità ma conto un po' alto. Non è un posto che ci tornerei, sinceramente.

An unplanned lunch, good service even if it's a holiday day and the place is full. Good traditional appetizer, good Piedmontese agnolotti, two glasses of really excellent quality Barbaresco but the bill is a little high. Not a place I would return to, honestly.
