In the heart of Florence, among the alleys and the magical Tuscan atmosphere, I had the opportunity to taste one of the best dishes of Italian cuisine: the Florentine steak. The steak was brought to the table on a large plate, simply presented, but with an aroma that filled the lungs with pleasure. It was thick, juicy and perfectly grilled, retaining that light pink color in the center, as tradition dictates. The taste was unmatched. Tender meat, with a natural sweetness and a light smoky flavour, accompanied by a little salt and extra virgin olive oil. The taste and atmosphere were a journey for the soul, which made me understand why this dish symbolizes the heart and the passion of Florence. Without a doubt an experience to try at least once in your life.

The staff is simply exceptional: attentive, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable in recommending dishes and wines perfect for every occasion. Among the courses that I highly recommend are the Mugello tortelli with meat sauce, a true explosion of flavour, and the Florentine steak, cooked to perfection and accompanied by delicious side dishes. To top it off, their homemade tiramisu is a dessert not to be missed! Every detail, from the impeccable service to the quality of the dishes, demonstrates extraordinary care. I can't wait to return and discover other specialties on the menu. Thanks to the whole team for this perfect evening!
