All good. Generous portions. Varied menu. Very courteous. Food a little too salty for our usual tastes and greasy. Entrée and fried cream good but the external browning is too dark. Overall good place.

It's a real vintage trattoria. In the dishes you will find all the Bolognese tradition. Excellent value for money. Tortellini, tortelloni, passatelli and much more such as fried cream and finally a wonderful berry mousse. Super!

Magical. I've just been here with my family to celebrate my dad's birthday and what can I say... I went back in time to when I was little and my grandmother (Amelia's granddaughter) took me here... flavours of my home, of a life. The best butter and gold tortelloni in history.. they made me cry because they reminded me so much of my grandmother and when she used to make them for me.. All delicious! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Good food, generous portions. The tortelloni with mushrooms are excellent, the rags with porcini mushrooms are good but very greasy. The ricotta mousse with berries is excellent. Not very convenient to get there and difficult to park. Old style restaurant.

I used to frequent this trattoria at least 40 years ago, I came back all the same as my grandmother's cuisine, good honest prices

What can I say, a true institution. A place stuck in the 70s and I, like many people, hope it will always remain that way. All handmade, excellent quality, and let's face it, my favorite restaurant. W Amelia!

22/08/2024: This is the first time I've come to Bologna and this restaurant with dishes overlooking it was very interesting, very nice restaurant, very kind and friendly waiters and owner, too bad I'm passing through otherwise I would have returned :) I recommend it if you are in the area and stop by!

22/12/2024: Io e mia moglie ci siamo fatti questa "coccola" come regalo di Natale. Cibo squisito e di altissima qualità, chef Sabino è sempre il top. P.S. questo è l'unico ristorante in cui riesco a mangiare pesce crudo. Assolutamente da provare
21/12/2024: Bis... nel senso che sono tornato una seconda volta in poche settimane da ENSAMA, stavolta con l'amico che me lo fece scoprire una decina di anni fa, e col quale ci siamo ripromessi di tornare con regolarità per non perdere la cucina di Chef Sabino. Che poi...più che Chef è un "Padrone di Casa" che ti ospita con una cucina di eccellenza, così come sono d'eccellenza le materie prime che utilizza. Bravo... perché in dieci anni la cucina non ha mai avuto cedimenti né ripetitività; una fantasia in grado di proporre piatti sempre originali e con un numero minimo di ingredienti, di freschezza assoluta. Ci sono certamente ristoranti più economici, ma la qualità va riconosciuta e va compensata!
