Having recently expanded its space, the restaurant has also expanded its appeal and quality, both inside and out, especially in one of the most beautiful and historically rich squares in the Veneto region. The cuisine, with its traditional roots, offers, in the right seasons, now rare dishes such as radicchio and beans, gnocchi with ragù, tripe, and sardines in saor. The octopus is delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The roast beef is delicious. The desserts are captivating (the millefeuille is a winner). The red and white wine is available in carafes and bottles are of the right quality. Quick preparation: just minutes after ordering. Friendly service. The decor is delightful, with the welcoming and inviting wooden tables typical of local trattorias. Beautiful frescoes by painters from Vittoria. The price is lower than expected.

We ate wonderfully, with tasty dishes and surprisingly fast service. Yet there was something, an indefinable detail, that left us slightly unsure and made us give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Eravamo in 3 ed abbiamo preso antipasto di trota e sarde in saor..poi gnocchi al ragu' e seppie in umido..i miei amici invece gnocchi e carne...acqua vino e caffe'.....staff cortese e gentile.Materie prime di buona qualita'.Ero ospite quindi non conosco il conto.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Abend in der Trattoria alla Cerva verbracht. Das Essen war durchweg lecker und frisch zubereitet – von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der aufmerksame und freundliche Service, der stets zur Stelle war, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen waren angenehm kurz, sodass der Abend einen schönen, entspannten Fluss hatte. Auch preislich fanden wir das Angebot absolut fair und angemessen für die gebotene Qualität. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die in Vittorio Veneto authentisch und entspannt essen möchten!
