Trattoria Alessandro In Valguarnera caropepe

From the outside it looks like a rotisserie but as soon as we entered it was a typical trattoria. The owner welcomed us like friends, very nice. The food was excellent and plentiful. Then I tasted my first arancino.

It's like being at home. Homemade and quality food but above all availability to sell.

The environment is simple, but welcoming, the food is delicious, genuine, tasty, abundant and tastes of "home" and generous hospitality, the pasta with pistachio pesto is simply wonderful! And then there is her, the owner, the true heart of this small splendid place, who with her warmth, her sympathy and her experience, gives you a truly unique and beautiful moment! Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but I send her my, or rather our "heartfelt thanks" ♥️♥️♥️

Trattoria alla mano, dove magiare piatti semplici in atmosfera di cordialità. La proprietaria, gentilissima, alla mono e disponibilissima.ottime le bruschette e le polpette al sugo, senza dimenticare le frittate e il pollo allo spiedo.terminate il pasto con le cassatelle, ottime. We were recommended by a local passerby who accompanied us on site. Mrs. Floriana welcomed us with immense delicacy, she recommended us and we had a divine lunch, all homemade and of excellent quality, everything was really ok. Then Mrs. Floriana was very sweet and hospitable. We will be back as soon as possible. I recommend it to anyone who is passing through those parts. Friends from Catania on April 25th.

I ordered the Pistacchiosa pasta - excellent! And despite we (Canadians) arrived quite early, they made sure to make us feel welcomed and good served quickly. Thanks!

Excellent experience, highly recommended place if you want to eat well as if you were at home, you will enter an almost familiar environment welcomed by an excellent hostess named Floriana and you will eat 10/10 dishes.

Typical restaurant in the center of Valguarnera! Good service and average food, the owner together with his staff are very nice!
