love this place and have been coming here for many years. the food is exquisite with sort of old fashioned but extremely friendly service. they also help you find great vegetarian options on the menu. try the risotto!

A thoroughly enjoyable restaurant visit with the whole family! The ambiance is upscale, yet child-friendly and very inviting. We were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink and the attentive service throughout the evening. The food was outstanding: a flavorful soup for starters, a delicate carrot carpaccio, creamy asparagus risotto, and tender duck – all prepared with great attention to detail. A particularly lovely feature: the well-kept garden with fresh herbs used directly in the kitchen. A harmonious concept that you can taste. We'd love to come back!

Friendly and attentive service, the first course (paccheri with old beech) was a little disappointing as, although rich in ingredients, the dish was bland. Unfortunately the same goes for the meat starter with parmesan cream, which was almost tasteless. Well prepared and seasoned beef tartare, chocolate heart dessert I recommend. I would have given it a 3.5 but all things considered and considering the environment and service, I will close with an excessive rating.

28/06/2025: Varied aperitif and more than enough to be considered an apericena (cold cuts, cheeses, meatballs, baked potatoes, finger food and even a small dessert) The wines are excellent. About 25 euros per person with: aperitif platter and first glass, second glass and dessert.

15/06/2025: Nice little restaurant under Monte Orsa, reachable with a nice hike (not too challenging) or even by car. Truly delicious dishes. I highly recommend it!
23/05/2025: We celebrated my birthday, there were 6 of us, appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses, all very good, then mixed meats cooked very well, and polenta. Mountain hut-like environment, a large lawn that is good for wedding photos, large parking lot, the only problem is the very bumpy and narrow uphill road, and many large potholes unfortunately, with an off-road vehicle it is better.
