TOP trattoria, very friendly staff, traditional cuisine, exquisite dishes, and a crazy price (€36 for two)... try it and believe it! We tried the caponata with swordfish, and 3 1/2 first courses (both the spaghetti with sea urchin and the spaghetti with squid ink were excellent): highly recommended!!!

Trattoria in the center of Palermo between Via Maqueda and the cathedral. Homemade menu with well-prepared local dishes. The atmosphere is very rustic, but the service is impeccable and friendly. Prices are more than fair.

There are two women in the kitchen and a man serving, and the food is homely and cooked by Mama. The prices are reasonable but the portions are generous, and there is a wide variety of dishes, so I recommend it. It was delicious.

We got this place recommended by a local and what a great tip it was! The Trattoria Al Vecchio Club Rosanero serves amazing, authentic Sicilian food full of flavor and made with love. Portions are generous (you can even order half portions!), the staff is incredibly kind, and the prices are amazing for the quality. Perfect if you’re hungry and if not, even cheaper! 🍝🍷🇮🇹

We had a very good dinner; the prices for the fresh fish are super fair, and the quality is very high. I highly recommend making a reservation. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic, but that's okay! The specials of the day are on the blackboard.

Mineo's Pizza House

21/10/2025: We have Mineo's in Pittsburgh so I haf to trt it in Italy. Pizzas cost much less there and taste better too!
18/10/2025: The food is good, the atmosphere is nice, but the service is really slow, about 20 minutes just for the appetizer. From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and we're still waiting for the pizzas. Terrible service on a Saturday.

28/05/2025: Siamo stati guidati dal prezioso Paolo per questa buonissima cena di stasera. La caponata deliziosa è imperdibile, un gusto unico con prodotti locali freschi e ricchi di sapore. Che dire delle tagliatelle all'ancora, pesce fresco condito con pomodorino. Ci torneremo presto.
22/05/2025: Bella scoperta vicino al resort domina Zagarella, per alternare ai ristoranti dell’hotel. Ottimo tartare di tonno, in particolare ma tutto buono. Buon servizio veloce, gentili tutti. Torneremo.
