Really nice location, well-set tables and lights that suggest a quiet and not noisy environment. Clean bathroom. Well-made menu, clear and unequivocal. Present, prepared and very friendly staff, attentive to requests and available for clarifications. Exquisite dishes: - quality appetizer, with good cold cuts and warm bread to accompany; - fettuccine with excellent duck ragù, tasty; - exceptional Florentine steak and rib eye steak, perfectly cooked. Good house wine. Excellent service, with replacement of plates, cutlery and glasses. Correct portions and fair prices for the quality offered. Recommended!!

What can I say. Disappointed. We were poorly received. The room manager should not work with the public. I do the same job as you but not even on my worst days do I treat customers so badly! She was only kind to the owner's friends and relatives. We asked questions about the menu and he could say the same thing another way. Treated like dogs! Not just us. The table next to ours, a family who happened upon it by chance... she answered their questions very badly (legitimate questions given that they weren't local) and in fact the lady was very angry. You can also eat divinely, but the hills are full of places where you eat well and if I have to be treated like that I'll eat elsewhere. The only kind girl (who knew the word "thank you" "you're welcome") was the girl with glasses and the owner's daughter who, however, we only saw at the cash register unfortunately. As for the food, I was disappointed that the schissotto wasn't homemade (you can tell and in the hills practically everyone makes it at home and it's included in the cover charge!), risotto with porcini mushrooms with a strong flavor feels like a concentrate has been added so I think it's not very natural (but that's my taste). Sweet... I ordered a chocolate and hazelnut mousse (6 EURO) I received a slice of industrial cake with 3 chocolate sponge cake. When I asked if that was the mousse I was told "you were expecting something with a spoon, right?" Well yes. It's like writing cherry ice cream and a tart arrives. In the hills you eat well and are treated much better!
