Despite the slightly dated atmosphere, the food is truly excellent and authentic. Well done, very good. Local cuisine. The prosciutto crudo appetizer is EXCELLENT.

Wonderful Italian country cuisine, authentic homemade pasta, and the sautéed eggplant alone was an exceptionally delicious treat! If I'm looking for a beautiful view, I'm in the wrong place, but the food is simply a dream!

I had lunch at this restaurant trying the bigoli all'amatriciana, a VERY GOOD dish, I would have had seconds. As a second course I had the grilled chicken, I expected more, not up to the level of the first. The price is not cheap, but having found this place by chance and being passing through, it's fine.

Despite not appearing in the latest edition of Osterie d' Italia, it retains its qualities of enviable cuisine, engaging service, superb price/quality ratio. First contact (source previous editions) to be repeated and recommended.

It is worth it not only for the first courses of tagliolini and gnocchi accompanied by excellent sauces but also for the second courses. Perhaps the place needs to be rejuvenated, but all things considered, some places can also remain like this.

25/07/2025: This was our first time at this trattoria. The eggplant fettuccine was very good. The ones with duck sauce were also very good. The grilled meat was good, and the fried zucchini were delicious. Overall, we ate well and paid the right amount.

22/08/2025: What can I say... a typical old trattoria... simple... both for families and groups... generous dishes... at a reasonable price... worth returning to... since I've been going there for over 30 years...
19/08/2025: A trattoria by name and by nature. A wide selection of first courses, but rather than serving them plain with sauce on top, a sautéed dish definitely improves the look and, above all, the taste. A good selection of second courses as well, with a generous and flavorful mixed grill. In the summer, they have an outdoor terrace. The service is more subdued than high, but Luca, the owner, always makes up for it with courtesy and kindness. It's very noisy at times, but unfortunately, that's the case everywhere these days. The menu has been slightly tweaked at the top, but it's still good value. I pop in every now and then, especially in the summer for a breath of fresh air from the Custoza hills.
