Trattoria al Pirio In Torreglia

Among the best restaurants in the Euganean Hills there is certainly "Al Pirio". Unique location, impeccable welcome and if you can ask for the table with the panoramic view. From appetizer to dessert, each dish has its own particularity. Ample parking, prices slightly above average but for the quality of the products and services offered.

Welcoming place, professional staff and friendly menu with excellent ingredients but in my opinion overrated and therefore a little expensive. I will gladly return

Sunday lunch with wife and daughter for my birthday. - Road with steep, winding and narrow climb to reach the restaurant. Ample parking. - Beautiful and panoramic location. - Professional service. - Menu with a wide choice of dishes. -Food: excellent raw materials. - Experience * Gnocchi on pumpkin cream: nice presentation, but I honestly didn't appreciate the combination of the ingredients. *Square spaghetti with cheese and pepper: beautiful presentation. Good flavour. * Pasta with Bolognese sauce: excellent. *Rib: Excellent. *Bon bon of cabbage and dried cherry tomatoes: uninviting presentation, breaded meatballs that appear raw immersed in a whitish liquid. Soggy and tasteless texture. *Pumpkin, olives and capers: and *Beets, pine nuts and raisins: good * Ice cream: excellent * Panna cotta with licorice: it looks like a pudding. The upper part, which tasted like licorice, was acceptable... I didn't like the lower part, which had a sandy consistency. - Bottom line: good price/quality ratio.

Nice surprise on the Euganean hills. The culinary offer is vast, curious and alternative with attention also for vegetarians (they also offer a vegan dish per course, dessert included): the mushroom tiramisu (remarkable), the char (abundant and an unusual proposal for the place), ribs with honey (among the best I've ever eaten, what cooking gentlemen!). The service is attentive, informal and practical! The environment is particular, a mix between a trattoria and a restaurant, however very welcoming and well-kept! To return in spring / summer to have lunch on the panoramic terrace with a view of Abano/Montegrotto. Reasonable price for what you ate.

Ampio ristorante molto accogliente anche se con molti tavoli abbastanza vicini. Menù ricco di proposte interessanti, buona la qualità dei piatti con impiattamenti eleganti.   equilibrato il rapporto qualità - prezzo, ho speso 45€ per 3 portate con acqua e contorno. Servizio un po' assente in sala ma forse perché c'erano pochi tavoli occupati. La strada per arrivare ha molte curve

Very beautiful, well-kept and elegant location. Staff members available but then respond rudely and with superiority to the first request. Inadequate value for money! Good first and second courses with relatively fair prices (tender and tasty meat and even the first gnocchi and bigoli were well made). Starters, side dishes and desserts are not available: really scarce (among other things, I took the fregola pie as an appetizer and it was very dry, inedible) Common desserts with prices far above average (starting from 7.50 euros) I don't think I will go back.

World! Style, quality, appearance, hospitality, friendliness, furnishings all at the highest levels of excellence. Nothing is really missing. It is clear that experience and tradition reign supreme. Dining room with spectacular panoramic terrace!

Ottima qualità del cibo. Piatti con accostamenti particolari non tradizionali che richiedono la predisposizione alla sperimentazione. Sarebbe gradita una maggiore scelta nel menu’ bimbi. Ambiente elegante e raffinato. Terrazza sui colli molto suggestiva.
