An enchanting place in the small center of Refrontolo. The very kind and friendly owners offer various local specialties every day, just like in an old tavern. The steak freshly prepared on the grill in the middle of the dining room is simply subliminal. Meat is obviously purchased from the village butcher and therefore quality over 💯%

It would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the excessive price of the bulk wines in carafes.

Great little restaurant in Refrontolo! Very nice atmosphere, great grill in the middle of the restaurant, food and drinks (Vino Della Casa & Prosecco) really good. A very snooty and rude waitress - rest of the team nice.

Always excellent, excellent menu and raw materials, number one host

Just arriving in Refrontolo from Venice on a sunny day is a magnificent trip among the hills, then this place awaits you which has, for me and now for my daughter, something magical. I like the trattoria itself with the fireplace corner that makes you feel immediately at ease, in this case even more so with the brons lit. The service is quick, present and professional, even friendly I must say. The advice they give me is right, I choose the wine that el paron told me and I'm very happy with it, then I throw myself into an "all duck" day. The bigoi are cooked right and well seasoned, then the "anara in pevarada with polenta" absolutely does not disappoint me. No coffee but the Refrontolo passito which I had never tasted. What to say? Go there, me for sure and with my daughter and her dachshund, he too is welcome to this unique place. Compliments

Dopo la stroncatura del 2020, devo ribaltare completamente il mio pensiero questo anche ad evidenziare come l'esperienza culinaria sia cosi soggettiva ed irripetibile che per lo stesso locale e la stessa cucina passo da 1 stella a 5 stelle. Ecco ciò che ho vissuto a dicembre: "Locale molto bello, ordinato, pulito, tenuto con grande passione. Tavolo vicino al camino (che funge anche da griglia) con un tavolo in una semistanza praticamente privee. Cucina da osteria ma molto curata e armonica, piatti intensi e gustosi senza eccessi di ricercatezza inutili e fuorvianti per chi cerca di trovare o ritrovare la genuinità della cucina. Personale cortese, gentile e presente. Locale azzeccatissimo da riprovare."
