The staff was wonderfully kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was good, the atmosphere welcoming and relaxing. It was just a shame it was a bit warm despite the warm weather. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

A complete success. We left very happy and surprised. The quality of the dishes was excellent, as was the attention of the entire staff. The quiet and cozy atmosphere was perfect for dinner. The tiramisu was undoubtedly the best we've ever tried. Thank you so much!

Il posto è molto bello, curato, raffinato ma rustico allo stesso tempo, ottimo cibo. Buona la carne, la tagliata forse leggermente dura da masticare ma saporitissima. Ci torneremo

Abbiamo pranzato presso il ristorante ed è stata una grande sorpresa. Cordialità, buon cibo e atmosfera di casa. Consiglio vivamente la tagliata cruda, una bontà! Assemblaggio del tiramisù al tavolo, un dettaglio che non passa inosservato.

It was the first place ever where I tasted the raw rib eye which together with the Roman artichokes are two dishes that I would never stop eating. Recommended!!

I had a great time in every aspect. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and helpful staff. The quality of the food is excellent, dishes prepared with care and top-quality ingredients. An experience that I highly recommend and that I will definitely repeat! If I can give a piece of advice, I think that the squat toilet in the women's bathroom should really be replaced with a toilet; it's also a shame about the lack of a changing table.

14/09/2025: The place is very welcoming, with a brazier right at the entrance that makes the place warm and inviting. Service was quick despite the crowds. The wait staff was very courteous and friendly, and made you feel right at home. The smoked Black Angus carpaccio was delicious! The grilled meat? Mouth-watering! Try it! The trio of side dishes was delicious; I loved the baked potatoes, superb! Finally, the homemade dessert was delicious and plentiful. Excellent value for money! What can I say? Highly recommended!

Ristorante Al Garibaldino

29/09/2025: Trip with the CAI (Italian Alpine Club) in Ovada. Room with a spectacular bathroom and excellent towels, clean and very quiet. Ample parking nearby.
25/09/2025: Really excellent gnocchi specialties.
