A huge disappointment and a hefty bill. We were expecting a traditional trattoria with generous, home-style cooking. But the welcome and service were impersonal. We ordered the house wine, and it was served to us like it was nothing more than a pauper's fare. Although we arrived early in the meal service, the wait was long. The rest of the meal was rushed. In short, the food was mediocre, with flavors so subtle they were almost bland, and the portions were tiny. The bread was lightly toasted (or was it dry?) and oily. For two people, without dessert and with a carafe of wine, the bill came to €45 per person, which is the price of a near-gastronomic experience. It just didn't add up. The restaurant has very high ratings, which is a mystery.

A lovely traditional trattoria in the heart of Ravenna, a little difficult to get to.

Located practically 20 meters from where my wife and I were staying, we couldn't help but book a dinner for Saturday evening. Never was a choice so perfect. Giardiniera and mixed cold cuts with bruschetta to start. Cappelletti in concerto and tagliolini with radicchio and speck, delicious. To finish, rabbit with roast potatoes (shared between two), water, and a glass of wine. €81 in total, an excellent value. I understand why this place won the 2024 TV show, 4 restaurants. Well done!

Ottima trattoria dove si possono assaggiare i piatti classici della cucina romagnola. Ho preso un semplice, ma sfizioso, antipasto a base di giardiniera e piadina, e poi i tradizionali cappelletti al ragù, squisiti, per chiudere con un' ottima crema al mascarpone. Ambiente ben arredato e non eccessivamente formale, servizio veloce e prezzi onestissimi.
