A very nice place, practically in the heart of Ravenna: a very warm and relaxed atmosphere. Professional staff. The food was good, although there were a few issues (the scallops—both the lemon ones and the ones with porcini mushrooms—were made from pork, not veal, as per Italian culinary tradition, and the zuppa inglese had a tough consistency and, indeed, not a creamy consistency). Given the above, the prices are, in my opinion, a bit high.

A typical Romagna trattoria in the center of Ravenna. A trattoria with a genuine atmosphere and very good food (the unmissable cappelletti with ragù are highly recommended). The desserts are also good (we tried the mascarpone and the chocolate salami, which I recommend ordering with two half portions), and the house Sangiovese wine.
My only complaint: from a trattoria, I would have appreciated 4-5 more cappelletti per portion! Recommended!

A true Romagna trattoria! Home-style cooking, authentic flavors, and friendly service. Everything is delicious, from the starters to the desserts, and the wine list is well-stocked. The atmosphere is simple but warm. I'll definitely be back.

A somewhat disappointing experience, especially considering the prices. The food quality is good and the service was pleasant, so I honestly can't give it less than three stars, but the portions really leave a lot to be desired.
The first courses are more or less average in quantity, but there's a serious problem with the second courses: in particular, I ordered the rabbit with potatoes for €24 and found myself with three small pieces of rabbit (the boniest parts, by the way) and exactly six pieces of roast potatoes. We were all speechless...
It's a shame, because with more generous portions, this trattoria would be an excellent experience. Right now, the quality-price-quantity ratio isn't balanced.

We found a last-minute table for dinner. Even though we hadn't booked, they were incredibly kind and found us a (last) spot. We had giardiniera, San Daniele ham, cappelletti in broth, and meatballs in tomato sauce. Everything was delicious. The kindness and courtesy were unparalleled (considering it was also a Saturday night). Highly recommended, but reservations are recommended.

Introduction: We left Padua with very high expectations for lunch at this restaurant (with a capital "R").
Well, our expectations were far exceeded!!!

NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED; We booked at 9pm for 6 people on a Friday evening, arriving at 9.10pm we had to wait a few minutes like another couple outside the restaurant (because it was small); we paid 16 euros for a cover charge to have placemats and cutlery (the restaurant's choice); we had to ask for the menu several times, it even arrived after a table that arrived later, we were not assigned by a waitress but they were constantly circulating; 5 miserable appetizers (cold cuts with 1 slice of ham, 4 crostini instead of 5 like the diners) hungry we decided to take 3 first courses to share (these were also very miserable, strozzapreti were good) the second courses and side dishes arrived (miserable), house wine (2 bottles) and dessert. Total cost? €60 each... we had to ask for the bitters ourselves; To be the winners of four less-than-savory restaurants, we ate in several Romagna trattorias that reflected their value much better. Sufficient.
