A good trattoria with a genuine and hearty menu featuring horse meat samples in every course. The fixed tasting menu and à la carte menu are excellent. Excellent house wine. Worth a try.

The food is excellent, the service is good, and the atmosphere is beautiful. But you have to make a reservation to find a table... it's hard to find a table without a reservation... It's like this everywhere these days.

Returned after several years to eat at this local restaurant, very airy and spaced out at the tables, simple but very clean.
Today I had appetizers of horse meat strips and cooked horse meat salami with slices of excellent toasted white polenta.
Then for the main course I ordered excellent homemade bigoli with horse meat ragù, very tasty and flavorful.
I drank a good house red wine by the glass, very reasonably priced, recommended for those who want to taste beautiful dishes paired with horse meat.

It's a trattoria, and it should be taken as such. It's not a restaurant for posh people. So everything should rightly be related to what the identity of the place is. Personally, I ate very well. I found the products to be of quality, excellent cooking, and excellent price, of course it's a very large room, so definitely not a quiet environment, the service is brisk, but that's part of the game. So for what they are and want to continue to be for many years, I think it's an EXCELLENT place, try it!
