Historic place, clean, welcoming, to say good is an understatement.....excellent steak, cooked on the grill under the eyes of the customers, in my opinion if this place is renovated it will lose all its charm, congratulations to everyone!

I was in Friuli and some friends of ours took us to eat at a very characteristic place, the food, for those who love meat, is ten times the meat they make before your eyes, the chef is very nice. I highly recommend...keep up the good work.

Arrived from Verona, quiet, clean rooms, excellent food. I knew that the food is good in Friuli but this place is a gem. I wholeheartedly recommend it, I hope it doesn't close and can continue with its tradition.

Found by chance after a long search. Located close to the AlpeAdria cycle path. Small clean room with air conditioning, very good food. Good WiFi.

Very nice hosts and good beer. When we visited they had a dog and little cat who were super playful and entertaining. Lifted me up after a harsh ride.

A pleasant summer evening..outdoor garden....applause for the young, punctual and friendly service....the food...ordered meat...very good! Perfect cooking..plating ok...vegetables on a perfect side dish. We will definitely be back... the bill is in line... perhaps even below my expectations... what can I say... Very good!

Al Vecchio Stallo

19/11/2024: Abbiamo scelto questa struttura durante la riunione di famiglia per organizzare una gita di due giorni a Udine perché cercavamo i gusti autentici della cucina tradizionale friulana, e li abbiamo trovati, dai cjalsons al frico, al muset con la brovada. Il servizio, nonostante fosse venerdì sera ed il locale si sia riempito velocemente, è stato piuttosto veloce, di impronta familiare. Difficile capire l'anima della struttura, dalle pareti colme di tutto e di più...ma l'importante è ciò che sta nel piatto! Rapporto qualità-prezzo veramente adeguato.
28/10/2024: Tutto buonissimo. La vera cucina friulana. Merita la visita. Personale gentile e simpatico, ambiente caratteristico e folcloristico.
