A trattoria from times gone by, a little difficult to reach but where traditional food is served at its highest level... bigoli with scopetón, or with sardèla. Or stewed wild boar with baked potatoes or homemade macaroni and you wish they would never end. The tagliolini with pigeon and the cut are amazing. All accompanied by a truly special fried polenta. A chat with the chef and you understand the love for cooking, for traditional dishes and all the great work that goes into each of his dishes. Fast service and adequate bill for dinner, excellent wines to choose from. Really good compliments!
