Let's start with the basics: the cuisine: carefully selected and excellent ingredients, which the Chef enhances with original touches without sacrificing the dictates of local tradition. Service: fast, friendly, and professional. Presentation: speaks for itself (see photo). Generous portions: ditto (see photo). Price: even modest when compared to the quality and quantity offered. Kudos to Giorgio, Salvina, and their entire impeccable staff.
By far, the best and most comprehensive gastronomic offering in Ragusa.

A trattoria outside the city center. We dined on the terrace, very pleasant. The food was very authentic. Even though we arrived late in the evening, we were warmly welcomed by the owner and staff. The toasted almond parfait was the best I've ever had.

Locale sicuramente che rievoca le trattorie degli anni '60 in pieno stile vintage. Passando al punto principale della visita devo dire che abbiamo trovato tutto molto buono e gustoso. Cibo di qualità e cucinato con gusto e amore. Personale gentile e accogliente. Menù forse non troppo abbondante ma se vuoi trovare la freschezza della quotidianità non puoi pretendere di avere un menù di 5 pagine. Prezzo abbordabile.
