Everything is good, always fresh seasonal products, sublime top Fiorentina Black Angus risottos.
I have visited many restaurants but the quality of Fiorentina is unsurpassed, some have managed to match it

The Al Cantinon restaurant in Cinto Euganeo, surrounded by greenery in contact with nature, offers typical dishes of Venetian cuisine, to be tasted in the silence of the Euganean hills. Not easy to find, for those who are not familiar with places, it looks like an old country house, with a large car park and a delightful porch, with outdoor tables. Very nice interior, with a homely and welcoming look.
The vegetable pie, the warm walnut bread and the risottos are excellent.
Generous portions and well presented dishes.

It's an apparently ordinary place, but don't be fooled by appearances because what you eat will be prepared by expert hands and with a dose of passion and love for what they do which are increasingly a rarity these days.
Three of us ate an appetizer of ham and melon (stratospheric) in addition to the fried courgette flowers brought by default (and I tell you, a pleasure). Impeccably cooked Florentine steak with side dishes. To finish, home-made desserts, I took the fior di latte with orange oil and crumbled amaretto, I'm still enjoying it
