Trattoria al Braciere In Eraclea

I'd been there for lunch this winter, with the truck, and was satisfied with the service and the food. In early September, I returned for lunch and was told I couldn't eat at the restaurant because I was wearing a sleeveless shirt, even though it was spotlessly clean. Inside, workers were eating in dirty shirts and shoes... but they were wearing shirts. It's true that there are signs at the entrance (which I honestly hadn't noticed) stating that you can't wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts, but honestly, I was wearing a clean, fresh-smelling Champions League sleeveless shirt compared to the other workers, no offense intended. At this point, I asked: "Is it better to eat dirty and with sweat stains but with your arms covered, or in a sleeveless shirt, even if clean?" Honestly, I felt offended....

Delicious fried porcini mushrooms (large, firm, and not at all coated in the frying, which was very light), excellent and perfectly cooked sirloin, creamy and very flavorful torta della nonna, house wine (by the bottle) perfect for the menu, a great selection of extra virgin olive oils. I could have ordered a thousand other things from the menu. Fair price (€50 for two bottles of wine, an appetizer, and a 350g sirloin). I don't know what else to say, other than that it's truly good food, with meticulously selected ingredients and skillful cooking. Well done, well done. (Better to reserve, as all tables were booked.)

Very good experience, food was fantastic, affordable place

Very good food. We were here twice within five days, and both times it was incredibly delicious. Incredibly good meat, cooked to perfection for each individual. We had a table very close to the large playground, which made the evening with the kids much more relaxing.

If you want to eat extraordinary meat, I recommend it. Top-quality Florentine steaks. Perfectly cooked. 56-month-old Patanegra and exceptional wagyu. Nothing more to add.

The meat was served to me not well preserved.. That's the only reason I gave it 3 stars. When they changed my plate, the meat was delicious and perfectly cooked. In the end, the owner didn't even ask me if everything was okay.

A well-known trattoria, just outside Eraclea. To get there, there's a stretch of two-lane road, a few minutes long, that's so narrow it gives you the shivers, but this obviously doesn't affect my rating in the slightest. So: I expected more. The waiters are rushing around, and we only have to say thank you, but evidently, given the size of the place, they're still too few, because at least 20 minutes passed before they came to serve us, if not more. Once we took our order, the wait was over 40 minutes (which is no small feat). The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses was extremely disappointing: the cured meats were good, but nothing special. And the amount of cheese (two types, both banal) was embarrassing, so minimal was the serving. And now for the meat. I made it clear to the waiter, over and over again, that I love steaks, rib-eye steaks with streaks of fat that make them particularly flavorful. He recommended a Dutch rib eye steak. The fat was there, but at the edges of the steak itself, so it didn't affect the flavor at all. I'm a meat connoisseur, so that's it. So, nothing to complain about the rib eye steak, but for my taste, it was dry and not what I was looking for. Price: high for the satisfaction I got, but adequate for the products consumed.

Excellent place for lunch or dinner with top-quality meat. Fast and professional service. Outdoor space to entertain the kids with swings, slides, and various games, all in a safe environment. The beautiful outdoor display area features various tools used over time for farm work. Ample space both inside and out for lunch or dinner. Ample parking. I'll definitely be back.

When I'm in the area, stopping here is a must!!! I continue to stand by my review. Excellent!!!!
