The trattoria is located in a small square, so it's a private and elegant spot. It has a delightful outdoor terrace on sunny days. The food was exquisite and high-quality, as was the attentive and precise table service provided by a Belgian man—unfortunately, I don't know his name. The atmosphere was refined, as was the well-designed cutlery service.

I went for dinner with friends. We were pampered by the staff, and the food was truly high-quality and delicious.
At the end of the meal, we lingered to chat with the owner and complimented him on everything.
We will definitely be back.

Review of former management:
A historic restaurant in Udine, excellent for aperitifs, lunch, or dinner. The frico and toc in braide are delicious, traditional dishes worth trying. The mushroom risotto is superb. The service leaves a little to be desired, but aside from that, I can only recommend this place.

Worth noting. Excellent food, very attentive service.
Very high quality food.
There were many Lauree guests that evening when we were there – since many restaurants were closed, it was important to make a reservation. Even though some tables remained free in the end.

Even though it was almost 3 PM and there were only two of us, they welcomed us kindly. We each had an appetizer and a first course of local food—simple, authentic, and delicious. The staff was young and smiling, cheerful, and welcoming. Last but not least, I'd like to point out the excellent quality-price ratio. Thank you. We'll be back!
