The restaurant is located in a historic building, meticulously renovated: the spaces are different and all very welcoming. In particular, the room with the antique fireplace creates a warm and intimate atmosphere that makes everything even more charming. The decor harmoniously blends modern and rustic, without distorting the authentic soul of the place. The menu is varied and suitable for all tastes and budgets. It offers traditional Friulian dishes with a modern twist, specialties that showcase the prized black truffle, meat dishes, including grilled ones, and refined fish dishes. There are also various tasting menus for those who want to be guided through a complete experience. The wine list is extensive and well-curated, featuring excellent Italian and French wines. We chose the fish menu, and everything was truly excellent, prepared with great care; a special mention goes to the raw fish, which was incredibly fresh and well-balanced. The service was impeccable, and all the staff were friendly and professional. A special thanks to Valentino, who looked after us attentively from the reservation to the final port, a perfect way to end the evening.
