Special thanks to Valentino as well! Last-minute reservation for two people this past Friday evening, and we had a wonderful, indulgent, and relaxing evening. The food was truly excellent, and paired with Rodaro's Spumante, it's a genuine recommendation for the next visit. To finish, a "little KNEZ," and the evening couldn’t have been more perfect. 10 out of 10 points. We’ll be back! Daniela & Torsten

Il locale è molto carino, raffinato ma semplice nel contempo.
Siamo rimasti soddisfatti, a partire dal servizio impeccabile, attento senza mai essere invadente. Siamo stati ben consigliati nella scelta delle pietanze.
Una menzione speciale al risotto con baccalà, veramente eccezionale. A conclusione della cena, ci sono stati serviti dolci squisiti, una meringa ripiena di panna adagiata su cioccolato fondente e gelato mantecato dela casa.
Bravi! Ci torneremo sicuramente

I was lucky enough to be in Udine for my sixtieth birthday. I booked by telephone specifying that I wanted to enjoy a typical Friulian menu. I was not disappointed with the reception of the menu, from the impeccable service to the quality of the dishes. All surrounded by an almost magical atmosphere. Maybe a little effect of the bubbles. Everything perfect anyway. Compliments to the mettre and the chef, a master in the art of cooking.

We went to test the new management for a possible Friulian lunch with guests. Good frico, shame about the roasted polenta which was prepared completely without salt, because it was raw as we like it, but for me it was inedible. Good toc in braide, mushrooms without salt but polenta prepared with its salt and therefore everything did not disappoint the palate; perhaps a little expensive for a dish (19 euros). Finally we tasted the cjarson: I liked the filling as you could taste the herbs, but the dough was hard; perhaps cooked in a pan but left in too much so the pasta became crusty (we had to use a knife).
The place is always fascinating, you understand that there is a certain attention to detail, the prices are certainly not low.
I understand that the current healthy trend requires low-sodium cuisine but what if I don't want to eat savory foods
I wouldn't go to a restaurant.

Elegant and very well-kept place located practically in the city center. We went with a couple of local friends, recommended by them for the choice of dishes and wine. The choice of wines is really wide and of high quality. The dishes are really excellent with the right portions, the price is around €60 per person with a shared starter, a first course and a second course of meat, of excellent choice and quality. The price may be reasonable given the service and quality of the products. Recommended for an intimate dinner or lunch

Posto elegante e molto curato situato praticamente in centro città. Siamo andati con una coppia di amici del posto, consigliati da loro per la scelta dei piatti e del vino. La scelta dei vini è davvero ampia e di qualità. I piatti davvero ottimi con porzioni giuste, il prezzo è di circa 60€ a persona con un antipasto diviso, un primo ed un secondo di carne, di ottima scelta e qualità. Il prezzo ci può stare visto il servizio e la qualità dei prodotti. Consigliato per una cena o un pranzo intimo
