From first to last moment was everything perfect ! Food was traditional and simple but with high quality. Flavours play together and we felt spoiled. Service was polite and helpful. Waitress help us to choose right wine for our dishes and desserts was also very very good. I really appreciate fresh homemade bread we get and starter (fried zucchini with anchovy sauce)! I will recomended this restaurant to all People.
(They had the best Vanilla ice cream I ate in my life )

A very pleasant atmosphere, very friendly waiters, and excellent food – traditional Italian but with that certain something. A big plus is that the restaurant is also open in the afternoon, if you want to have a later lunch or an earlier dinner... highly recommended!

Milanese prices in Udine. 3.5€ cover charge and 3.5€ a bottle of water. You spent 7€ before ordering. Starters and first courses around 15€. If you take wine, lunch costs around 50€. Excellent service and nice atmosphere, but the food is not worth the cost.

A perfect Sunday with the family!
We went to Trattoria Ai Frati for a family lunch and we can only leave a more than positive review. The welcome was warm, the service attentive but never intrusive, and the simple and refined environment, with that rustic touch that immediately makes you feel at home.
The menu offers traditional dishes prepared with very fresh and well-selected ingredients. Everything we tasted was truly excellent: abundant and tasty appetizers, homemade first courses with rich and tasty sauces, perfectly cooked second courses and artisanal desserts that everyone agreed on, from the little ones to the grandparents!
Generous portions, honest prices and a family atmosphere that makes the experience even more pleasant.
Highly recommended for those looking for genuine cuisine and a place to feel good together.
We will definitely be back!

We were guests in Udine today. We found Ai Frati, a great restaurant, we ate carbonara, hare, squid, pork. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. The service was very nice and in general a great place. We will definitely come back when I am in Udine. I recommend it to everyone....

Se non si era capito questo esercizio l'ha scelto la mia lei! Quindi di suo ha avuto subito una certa blasonatura.... Location accogliente con mise en place minimal ma ad effetto! Carta dei vini sufficentemente corposa, entrè gradito ed il menù interessante con proposte variegate e molto gustose! Personale giovane preparato e attento, un plauso a Mattia ottimo consigliere dotato di simpatica professionalità! Prezzo non economico, ma si sà che la scelta femminile ha cmq una raffinatezza unica.....
