Tagliatelle with fine black truffle: sublime. Beef tartare: exceptional. Wine list: excellent. High level environment and service. Price a little high, but worth it.

A historic trattoria in the Flaminio area that I will definitely want to try again. Spectacular dishes of the Roman tradition with cured meats and fried foods served as appetizers that will leave you enchanted.

Well furnished restaurant with internal parking. We were served by a very kind and customer-focused waiter. The Giudia-style artichokes are good, a special mention for the homemade gnocchi. The grilled lamb and the sausages and chicory are also good. Also worth mentioning is the very varied wine list. Prices suited to the quality of the dishes. Advised.

04/04/2025: If you want to eat in Roma then go to Santa Cristina! The food was amazing (!!) and the service was very friendly. A wonderful experience and a cozy, beautiful restaurant.
29/03/2025: We had the Santa Cristina anti pasti, as well as artichokes and grilled eggplant… It was excellent. I recommend. very good value for money.
