The prices are normal, if a little high. There's a courtyard where you park your car: it's small, and the cars are "managed" by an employee who takes the car keys. (I don't like this, and personally, I didn't give them away—I moved it upon request.) I suggest adding a mirror on the street to see oncoming cars.
