Trattoria ai Capitelli In Vo'

Nice place, slightly dated vibe and clientele, but good food—slightly above average in quality. The chicken was very well cooked. The desserts were a sore point for me: small portions (see photo) for the prices. Also, the one pictured was a "crostatina" on the menu, a decidedly misleading term (I'd call it a "biscotto" instead). The waitress hadn't specified, since there was a tart both on and off the menu, that the one on the menu wasn't available, and we ended up with this one, which wasn't quite what we'd hoped for. In any case, it's commendable that they took one of the three desserts off the bill (though Alessandro Borghese would have turned his nose up—all or none, why just one?)

A true delight. The Polletto al sugo marinao is the house specialty, and truly deserves the title. Tender, flavorful, and wrapped in a rich, fragrant sauce: a dish that wins you over from the first bite. Kudos to the restaurant for this delicacy.

A quiet place with a relaxing view of the Euganean Hills. I had an excellent cockerel and a delicious dessert. Excellent value for money and good table service. I will definitely be back.

On Sunday, returning from vacation, my wife and I stopped for lunch at Trattoria Ai Capitelli. We'd heard excellent reviews, so knowing we were in the area, we made a reservation. The experience was beyond positive: the atmosphere was refined and welcoming, with a pleasant style. We ate lunch on the veranda, taking advantage of the beautiful day and fully enjoying the view. Parking was also convenient. The menu isn't particularly long, but it's varied and carefully selected. I, however, was tempted by the off-menu tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, which was truly excellent, while my wife opted for the bigoli with duck ragù (pictured). For our second course, we ordered the half chicken, the house specialty: flavorful, tender, and well-cooked, it certainly lived up to expectations. All of this was accompanied by a good local wine. To conclude, we tried the homemade desserts: a tiramisu and a lemon sorbet with a touch of licorice liqueur, a truly successful pairing. The service was prompt and precise. All in all, my rating is excellent: I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return when I'm in the area again.

Cena in famiglia: una positiva sorpresa. Menu contenuto ma allo stesso tempo vario ( anche per chi segue una dieta vegetariana) . Quantità delle portate equilibrata e quindi abbiamo potuto provare dagli antipasti ai dolci. Tutto molto buono, gustoso e ben servito. Servizio rapido, discreto. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente, più che ragionevole. Scelto in base alle recensioni, direi oltre le aspettative. Torneremo e lo consiglio.
