Very little of the tavern remains… Ambitious, very well-kept environment but they should change the chef. Complex menu and too strong flavors. Spectacular calamari and discrete cured meats: an excellent choice ruined by how they are presented (the loin served colder would have been better)… the tagliatelle with rabbit with exciting flavors but too little sauce… The rabbit would have been spectacular if not ruined by the cloying salt. The inaccessible Winkler cake: buttery and too sweet… to be an tavern it flaunts too many pretensions: I would opt for culinary simplicity rather than this refinement that seems to be an exaggeration that ruins tradition…. The service and the managers are however very friendly and helpful and the environment is exceptional! The bill reflects more a trattoria rather than an tavern.

Restaurant worthy of its now wide fame. I live right in the town of San Lorenzo Isontino where this restaurant is located but despite this I have only been there recently. Absolutely quality food that is accompanied (if you want) by a good wine that is paired by the owner who is an expert in oenology. Prices perhaps a little high but completely correct in relation to the quality. Absolutely recommended.

Lunch in company with a table of 10 people: it's not easy to please everyone, but the menu was good and varied. Really good cured meats as starters, good tagliatelle with rabbit and a really generous portion. The only small flaw, the waiting times were a little long (they had large tables) but overall it was worth it. Impeccable service from Dennis and Milena (if I'm not mistaken) always smiling and available. Great competence also in the proposal and explanation of the wines. We will definitely be back!

Excellent discovery. Nice welcome. Read the menu on a blackboard. After a welcome entrée consisting of a portion of omelette with asparagus, we chose rabbit tagliatelle and cjarsons, as a second frico with polenta. Good portions. Excellent quality of raw materials. I will return to taste a few glasses, given the excellent choice of wines. Super quality/price ratio. We'll be back.

Uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti, si beve benissimo e si mangia ancora meglio! Personale super disponibile, cordiale e professionale. Super cantina vini con etichette da tutta Italia ed alcuni vini interessanti stranieri. Fosse per me ci tornerei ogni settimana! Super consigliato

Locale curato e accogliente, personale attento e molto affabile. Ogni piatto, dagli antipasti al dolce, è preparato con ingredienti locali e con una precisa selezione di qualità e sapori, grande varietà di distillati e amari, i dolci della casa erano buonissimi, consiglio torta Winkler e crema chantilly. Unico consiglio, aumenterei l'offerta di ricette vegetariane/vegane sempre in rispetto alle tradizioni locali per chi necessita di seguire questo genere di diete (sia motivi etici che sanitari)
