I often pass by on my motorbike at inopportune times and have never had the opportunity to try this attractive restaurant. Today I went there specifically, this time by train, to check if my feelings were correct: they were! Excellent mountain restaurant, warm welcome and dishes cooked with great care. Friendly and fast staff! It's just a shame that, during the week, at lunch, they had to bow to the now widespread practice of the "Work Menu" which offers few traditional dishes, which are nevertheless excellent, except the "tart" which was rather poor. Really low prices, they accept ATMs without hesitation.

A tratoria data do princípio do século passado, quando uma das portas de entrada de Edolo ficava a poucos metros.
Nos anos 50, tripa era o que se comia e é único local onde ainda se aprecia a iguaria, além de outros pratos típicos do vale.
Pra quem busca autenticidade e comida boa, vale a visita.
