THIS IS NEXT LEVEL EATING!!!! Paola and her team are the BEST. I couldn't help myself & visited this place on a number of occasions including my birthday. They really made me feel special on that day and they speak great English. LOVED EATING AT THIS PLACE

Absolutely delicious meal, mahi mahi fish was exceptional. Really nice spot in Malfa.

This is a bright, contemporary restaurant in Malfa. It comprises of several outside tables and an open indoor area of several tables with one, fairly long bench for larger groups. The menu is very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our choice of the Fish of the Day - a white fish called Mahi Mahi. This was accompanied by side dishes of vegetables and chunky roast potato chips. The dessert of deconstructed Cannoli was delicious. There is background, easy listening, piano music which is fine but I feel Italian music would be more apt. The bill is presented in a lovely wooden box which is a nice touch. Service was warm and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

During our stay in Salina, we stopped by Trattoria A Quadara, having fond memories of a previous experience! Here, you can feel the tradition, passion, and deep love for Sicilian cuisine! Every dish is a celebration of local flavors: from the magnificent revisited octopus and potatoes to the bone marrow with scampi crudités (which unfortunately I didn't have time to take a photo of!), everything is prepared with the freshest ingredients and a craftsmanship that shines through in every bite. The wine was fantastic, chosen with the invaluable help of the owner, who took care of us throughout the dinner! The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, with outdoor seating that provides a rare sense of peace. For me, one of the best restaurants in Salina!

A casual and charming restaurant on Malfa's pedestrian street. Very friendly staff, divinely cooked local food, fresh fish, excellent desserts, and the deconstructed cannoli were fabulous. At the end of the meal, they offered us Malvasia wine accompanied by homemade cooked wine biscuits. An excellent place.
