Restaurant on Malfa's main street. Traditional dishes revisited with seafood. I recommend the double-cooked octopus, simply wonderful. The service and kindness of the staff were also excellent. When we asked for the shrimp dish, after pointing out that two were missing, they brought them immediately and offered us a Malvasia wine to apologize. The desserts are also excellent; I recommend the tiramisu and the deconstructed cannoli. If you happen to be in Malfa, you absolutely must stop by.

Please try the parfait!!!! Best parfait ever. The food was very delicious. The waiter are very kind and work fast. Absolutely recommendation!!!

Lovely restaurant and having tried a number in the area was the best one. That said, Salina does not have the best food offerings so don’t expect it to be incredible!

Surprisingly good restaurant in Malfa. Was a bit dubious with the reviews but my husband and I really enjoyed it here. Good service, decent food and fair prices. The salina local is outstanding!

Vengo sempre alla Quadara appena arrivo a Salina. Quest’anno nel giorno della riapertura stagionale. Ho trovato il solito ambiente familiare con il sorriso. Lo Chef impegnato a varare nuovi piatti affinché il menu’ sia tradizionale ma mai banale. Buonissimo antipasto della casa rivisitato con nuove idee. La pasta fresca fatta da loro poi uno spettacolo Ho mangiato dei cappelletti con ricotta e gamberi degni di un tre stelle Michelin. Se continuano cosi’ ci arriveranno! Complimenti e Buona stagione

31/08/2025: We had dinner there. The food was good, the atmosphere was very Sicilian, and the people were friendly. They gave us a table even though we didn't have a reservation. A pleasant dinner, accompanied by musicians.
26/08/2025: The place is overly hot, making it a bit uncomfortable to eat. The dishes are generous, not bad, but sometimes overly seasoned and therefore difficult to digest. The staff is courteous and helpful. Prices are reasonable.
