Excellent food, excellent service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, generous portions. Fantastic value, €78 for 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert and 1 liqueur, plus a complimentary liqueur.

An excellent dinner. We had the complete antipasto of torta fritta and delicious cold cuts with the tasty gorgonzola and truffle cream.
Fresh homemade pasta, and the egg with asparagus and truffle was also excellent.
Careful cuisine and simple but attentive service.

We had lunch at this trattoria on Tuesday. The service was quick and attentive. We opted for the à la carte menu, with average prices and well-cooked, good-quality dishes.

Nice and welcoming place. Excellent service, despite the large number of customers. The dishes are fairly classic and well-prepared. The serving times are excellent, without putting pressure on the customer. Recommended.

A simple but well-maintained trattoria with truly friendly staff. Hamed served me, friendly and smiling, a truly great host. The prices are truly excellent!
The typical local dishes are delicious; the gnocco fritto is so light it flies by... and then the coppa!!! The baked coppa is devastating! Ask for a double helping of bread, because mopping up the sauce with bread is the best way to kill it... a rare commodity these days... If you pass by Salso, stop by. It's recommended by someone who's away for 200 days a year for work! I'll definitely be back!
