Excellent food, excellent service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, generous portions. Fantastic value, €78 for 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert and 1 liqueur, plus a complimentary liqueur.

An excellent dinner. We had the complete antipasto of torta fritta and delicious cold cuts with the tasty gorgonzola and truffle cream. Fresh homemade pasta, and the egg with asparagus and truffle was also excellent. Careful cuisine and simple but attentive service.

We had lunch at this trattoria on Tuesday. The service was quick and attentive. We opted for the à la carte menu, with average prices and well-cooked, good-quality dishes. Average prices, highly recommended!

Nice and welcoming place. Excellent service, despite the large number of customers. The dishes are fairly classic and well-prepared. The serving times are excellent, without putting pressure on the customer. Recommended.

A simple but well-maintained trattoria with truly friendly staff. Hamed served me, friendly and smiling, a truly great host. The prices are truly excellent! The typical local dishes are delicious; the gnocco fritto is so light it flies by... and then the coppa!!! The baked coppa is devastating! Ask for a double helping of bread, because mopping up the sauce with bread is the best way to kill it... a rare commodity these days... If you pass by Salso, stop by. It's recommended by someone who's away for 200 days a year for work! I'll definitely be back!

We went to Trattoria 4 Stagioni on Sunday afternoon for lunch. The atmosphere is familiar and traditional, and the staff was very kind and helpful. We ordered the truffle risotto and drank prosecco, and we were very satisfied: everything was delicious! Plus, we didn't spend a lot!

05/01/2026: What a great place to dine in! Friendly, attending stuff, fast! A huge plus for ppl with allergies, menu has in all plates the allergens with numbers and at the last page the legends. As parents of a child with sesame and peanuts allergies we were so calm to see this rather worrying!!! Top floor is preferred for no food smell on your clothes. Toilets also available on top floor. Maxi Pizzas are big, bigger than the available plates, but if has lots of ingredients as the Capricciosa, then the dough will be soggy in the middle and not pleasant to eat. Pity as they have great pizzas and food! The side order, especially the oven potatoes are great! The wine is very nice and excellent prices. Pleaee note, there is a cover fee of 1.5€ per person. So for a group of 10 means, 15E on the bill. It could be as a 15% tip on a 100€. I wish there would be no cover fee or lesser so customers can give tips for the very kind working staff. I highly recommend this restaurant though, for the great service, food and prices!
