Family atmosphere, excellent food and very friendly staff

Discovered this place by reading the reviews, which I fully approve of. Spectacular food, tagliatelle with divine porcini mushrooms, anolini in broth that were a poem. To conclude, delicious baked cup. Very generous portions, very kind and friendly staff. Excellent price. Very highly recommended!!!!! The review guy.

I had dinner at Trattoria 4 Stagioni in Salsomaggiore Terme and was overall satisfied. The prices are honest and the portions are right. As a first course I took the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms: good even if the sauce was a little loose. As a second course I chose the baked ribs, well cooked and soft, but a little too greasy for my tastes. I finished the meal with a panna cotta,  I would say standard, classic. The place is quiet, excellent for a dinner with family or friends. Aesthetically there is a lot of room for improvement. Inside there is a good number of seats. Friendly staff and fast service. Overall, the place offers good value for money, so if you are looking for a quiet restaurant to eat and spend the right amount of money, I recommend you try it. I will definitely return to try other dishes on their menu.
