Paolo is an institution. Trattoria offering excellent quality traditional dishes; decidedly abundant, generous. Carbonara, amatriciana but also fish. Excellent value for money. At Paolo's you eat very well and you certainly won't leave hungry. To try and try again.. .

Authentic and I would say historic trattoria, in short with long experience. Traditional cuisine, but good and well cooked, little fat and salt sparingly, very modest prices

Every time I come to L'Aquila, it's now a fixed stop, I can't help but go and eat at Paolo's, a friendly and helpful person, a family-run restaurant, genuine food and excellent value for money!!!

Il riferimento UNICO per la Amatriciana. OTTIMO rapporto qualità prezzo, la vera cucina da trattoria deve essere provata senza indugio, dai primi ai contorni passando per i secondi è tutto buonissimo. Però l'AMATRICIANA non si batte! Porzioni abbondanti.

Dopo le recensioni viste vado a cena in questa trattoria. Ci accomodiamo, armatevi di un po' di pazienza. Prendiamo boscaiola ok. Una gricia con guanciale bruciacchiato che mangio solo per fame. Conto al di là delle recensioni nella norma. 50 euro per due primi un secondo e contorno ed un dolce. Dimenticavo mezzo di rosso della casa.
