Since we were just passing through, we thought it was a place to grab a bite to eat while drinking a good wine or cocktail. Then we tried it. We were amazed by the dishes, the portions were just right, and the flavors were excellent. Congratulations, beautiful place...excellent value for money.

Very nice and chic place in the central square of Pinerolo. We were here for an aperitif at 5:30 pm. There are no real aperitif ‘snacks’, but you can choose from a lot of interesting dishes!

Locale in ottima posizione nel cuore storico di Pinerolo. Possibilità di accomodarsi dentro oppure in uno dei due dehor fuori, più o meno esposti al sole. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, servizio impeccabile come impeccabile la qualità dei piatti e l'impiattamento. Nota dolente, le porzioni non proporzionate al conto e l'acqua servita in bottiglie di plastica commerciali. Ottimo il calice di vino. Sicuramente un locale adatto alla convivialità occasionale ma non per quotidiana per pranzare abbondantemente. Personalmente ha un super potenziale ma porzioni è prezzi da rivedere completamente. Rinnovo i complimenti allo staff e alla cucina

Siamo stati in questa deliziosa trattoria per un pranzo veloce i piatti sfiziosi e di buona qualità così come il calice di Barbera Superiore che abbiamo degustato fanno si che ci si senta come a casa! Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Consigliatissimo!!!!

07/09/2025: We arrived and ordered after a little while. Let's say it was difficult to wash our hands, but we did; I had a potato with gorgonzola fondue (even though it wasn't much), radicchio, and sausage (because they didn't have carbonara). My friend Davide had the one with raw sausage because he likes raw sausage and because he has a friend who studies in Bra (like the raw sausage from Bra, which is near Cuneo, where legend has it that when the king visited the city, the women, being ugly, were forced to stay indoors because he was disgusted by them. I don't agree). He finished it in 10 minutes. It was good, though. Thank goodness you didn't open it on Barriera di Milano, I wouldn't have gone.
05/09/2025: Excellent dinner, spent €48.10 The next day, the bank app notified me that the charge had been changed to €96.20. I filed a complaint, but the procedure requires contacting the merchant first. Edit: Refund received and 5 stars 🥳

10/08/2025: Located in a beautiful area just steps from the Royal Palace, this refined and elegant restaurant will make you feel pampered. Very good food and friendly staff.
09/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, perfect location, very well cooked dishes, I always come back very willingly, I tried the spectacular caciucco!!
