Trapizzino Ponte Milvio In Roma

I ate it on the street at a typical street food restaurant. The chicken cacciatore dish was described to me as a poem. It was pleasant, yes, but the real surprise was the supplí. Saying they were amazing doesn't do it justice. I'll be back for a dinner based solely on supplí 😋😍

I'm updating and confirming my previous review. It was and remains a great idea...and in the end, it satisfies not only the palate but also the stomach, without breaking the bank. Near Ponte Milvio, amidst a swarm of restaurants and little eateries, there's this gem that offers not the usual sandwich...not the usual pizza, but a pizza pocket filled with your choice of a traditional Roman specialty (plus a selection that changes daily). I tried the meatball with tomato sauce...exquisite (and I always ordered that to be on the safe side, Ed.). To be on the safe side, I also ordered a supplì (gricia style)...with water, the bill came to less than ten euros, which isn't even a drag on your wallet. The staff is young and friendly, and the service is easy, even for takeout. I recommend it, although I think the service (and the food) have become somewhat standardized over time, especially given the large turnout that its success (and the fame of its other outlets) have brought and consolidated. Unfortunately, at lunch everything is in the sun

We went to Trapizzino after the concert at the Olympic Stadium (they're open until 2:00 AM). When we arrived, there was a line of about 20 meters, but it moved quickly, and the "Fast Lane" outside (which serves only two types of suppli, classic and vegetarian, and beer/Coke/water) allows you to buy something to while away the brief wait. Inside, the selection is wide; we tried: - meatball trapizzino: good; - chicken cacciatore trapizzino: sublime, a must try; - cod supplì: delicious; - tortellino supplì: good, a must try at least once. Fair prices (2 trapizzini, 3 supplì, 1 Coke, and 1 beer: €24), quick service, and excellent ingredients. Highly recommended

Good, but the price is always rising

I had a first course of mezzi ziti with Neapolitan ragù in a pizza crust, everything was excellent, the crust was good and so was the ragù.
