This traboccho is a beautiful place run by dedicated people. The atmosphere is breathtaking and the fish menu was excellent. The waiters were also very nice and made the evening a special experience.

Where to start? From the charming and unmistakable romanticism of the place? From the kindness, education and professionalism of the staff?? From the incredible quality of the food? From the exquisite and unique presentation of the dishes? I really don't know! Forget the obvious offer of other trabocchi, dining at Ostinati means spending an evening dedicated to the purest culinary experience, with very fresh products and presented in an incredible and unique way! The calamari stuffed with cacio e ova were an authentic orgasm of flavors!!!! I do not recommend this place... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! My wife, I and our baby spent an evening that we will hardly forget and we will take with us to Canada the memory of a dinner and an experience of absolute value, human and culinary!

Very suggestive location in the middle of the sea, a place with few seats, ideal for a romantic dinner. Friendly and non-invasive service, always smiling waiters and a chef who occasionally comes into the room to exchange a few words with the customers, kind and smiling. The food was really excellent, well prepared and well presented, very fresh raw materials. Each dish was accompanied with a different sauce that highlighted the flavors of the fish. I especially liked: the appetizer, lamb torcinelli with raw scampi and the garlic and oil chitarrina with pepper sauce, cicada extract and shrimp tartare. Congratulations.

I would go back just for the great ability, professionalism and kindness of the waiter. Very good.

Siamo stati oggi giorno di Pasqua in questo locale meraviglioso. La location è evidentemente stupenda, direttamente sul mare e i colori lasciano senza parole…esattamente come tutti i piatti preparati con cura, amore, maestria e dedizione dallo chef. Strepitoso tutto dall’antipasto al dolce, una straordinaria fusione tra cucina della tradizione e innovazione culinaria. Nessun piatto scontato, tutto sorprendente, un tripudio di sapori inaspettati ma perfettamente armonizzati. Meritano una particolare menzione lo spaghetto con clorofilla di cicoria ed estratto di cicala di mare e il tonno con salsa di fragola!! Bravi, bravissimi e… ostinati 👏
