The new chefs, Luigi and Benedetta, pleasantly surprised me with their flavor combinations, excellent ingredients, and the attention to detail in preparing and presenting their dishes—true works of art. Bravo!

The restaurant's location is enchanting. The service was rather slow, even though the staff was very kind. I wasn't at all satisfied with the food. The Fassona steak was too thick. The tagliata, which I requested medium rare, was served rare, with the roast potatoes soaked in blood.

Very beautiful and well-kept location, inside the ancient castle of Moasca, wonderfully preserved and cared for.
The interiors are well-furnished and comfortable but the real added value is having dinner outside on the "terrace", a large courtyard surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of the Asti hills and the sunset.
Various menu with both meat and fish offerings and a selection of excellent quality wines.
Good service and friendly staff.
All the courses were excellent, in particular the tuna tataki, incredibly soft and with a very delicate taste.

Die Lage und das Lokal sind aussergewöhnlich schön. Die Aussicht wie aus dem Reiseführer. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Leider war das Essen nicht gut.

Quando siamo in zona questo è il nostro punto di riferimento .
Dall'accoglienza alla scelta con possibilità di variare nel limite del possibile
il menù il Maitre di sala cerca in tutti i modi di soddisfare il cliente . Infatti
Domenica abbiamo pranzato in esterno dove purtroppo non tutti i tavoli erano
riparati dal vento improvviso che si era alzato , detto fatto chi ha desiderato di pranzare all'interno si sono subito attivati per accontentare la clientela .
Per quanto riguarda il pranzo noi abbiamo preso la Tartare di ricciola come
antipasto , per primo agnolotti di quaglia ( Sublimi) per secondo filetto di Ricciola
cotta a bassa temperatura perfetta....per finire un Tiramisù del castello il tutto
accompagnato da un fresco Savignon delle 4 Sorelle .
Che dire provare per credere .... a presto Tiziana e Daniele
