Totò & Peppino In Genova

This is my third time ordering takeout, and delivery was fast. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. The prices are great. I think this place is underrated!

It was recommended to me and was a pleasant surprise. I'll start by saying that the pizzeria serves Neapolitan cuisine without any association logos (APN, AVPN) that I saw. Nonetheless, it holds its own very well. Tonight I tried a sausage and broccoli rabe (Carrettiera) and a marinara, which didn't weigh me down. Of the two, the simpler one was more flavorful and balanced, while I didn't particularly prefer the provola over the Carrettiera. It offers a very varied menu, so I can't comment on the fish dishes; The fried fish, at first glance, seemed appropriate for the location. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and just steps from Brignole. The place is decorated with black-and-white images of Neapolitan greats; it's simple and unpretentious. The bill was medium-high, but they offer dessert (which I voluntarily declined). I'll be back to try the scarpariello.

We ordered takeout pizzas, which arrived early and still hot, and the delivery guy was very kind and friendly. Everything was perfect, I recommend it!

The best pasta we've ever eaten! The atmosphere was very pleasant and the restaurant staff made us feel pampered. A wonderful Neapolitan atmosphere!

A lovely place in the center of Genoa, offering a wide variety of pizzas, Neapolitan cuisine, and seafood in general. Prices aren't cheap, but they're not outrageous either.

Tonight I ordered a regular calzone and a Romana. The calzone was for my daughter, loaded with pepper and ricotta instead of stracchino and mozzarella. The Romana was good, no complaints. Service was quick, as agreed. But it would be nice to specify if the calzone isn't a calzone! And €20 seems a bit high.
