Totò e Macario In Mathi

Excellent pizzeria and restaurant. The name and ambiance have changed. It used to be called Totò and Macario, and I've known it since it opened. The quality of the food remains excellent, but the new ambiance, for me, who loved the portraits and quotes of Totò and Macario that decorated the walls, is more sterile and I don't like it, even though it's still clean and tidy.

Neapolitan and non-Neapolitan pizza, chiacchere, Neapolitan desserts, etc., truly top-notch. I'd also like to highlight the double oven, so now even celiacs can dine with ease. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, this is the best Neapolitan pizza in Northern Italy. It has many strengths: from the appetizers to the desserts, from the fast and attentive service to the excellent selection of draft beer.

Amazing Neapolitan pizza! I came here from Turin to try it, but it's definitely worth the trip! The pizza dough is soft, well-cooked, easy to digest, and the quality of all the ingredients is top-notch...well done, well done, well done. They've also been making gluten-free pizza for a while now!

We've been coming here for at least 15 years, when the pizzeria was still called Totó and Macario. The owners are still the same... Nicola is the grand master of ceremonies, a fantastic host. The pizza, as always for 15 years, is authentic Neapolitan pizza, only here it's the best in Turin and the province. Soft as cotton, delicious tomato and top-quality mozzarella, as well as the flours and everything else. 6-star everything! I'm writing a new review to report something new. Aside from the renovation of the place, which is now even more beautiful and larger than before, and with an extra touch of elegance, the big news is that a corner with an oven and pizza chef has been created for gluten-free pizza!!! And there's also gluten-free beer and soon there will be lactose-free mozzarella. So even those with intolerances like me can finally come and enjoy this delicious pizza in gluten-free and lactose-free versions! The name has changed, but the pizza and food are still the best! Speechless... Everything was perfect... And according to my wife (who's celiac!), it was the best gluten-free pizza she's ever had!!!! Always top notch!!!
