11/07/2025: A mid-June dinner featuring asparagus alone, excellent and plentiful in the numerous courses, all very Piedmontese. Given the unique nature of the ingredient, the chef might try unusual pairings, as he did with the ice cream that closes the series of dishes featuring this prized shoot.
22/06/2025: Excellent home cooking, specialities asparagus and mushrooms in season.

21/08/2025: Great place for families, book well in advance, I had polenta and venison. Excellent
18/08/2025: A simple yet elegant trattoria, with an indoor dining area and a terrace in the back. It offers a wide selection of wines and a variety of dishes, many of which are Occitan-inspired. The homemade pasta is particularly good; we especially loved the tagliolini with fresh mushrooms. Prices are absolutely average, and the service is very friendly and attentive.
