Great atmosphere, in the evening the whole spectacle begins, shouting and calling for customers, street food, you can taste horse meat, for 3 people steak, salad, fries, Aperol, beer, water, some grilled chicken 67 euros.

Recommended place, the food is excellent. Every time I go to Catania, I always prefer this restaurant. Prices are fairly reasonable.

We went to Trattoria IL MYLOS, and I have to say the horse meat was truly excellent, tender, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended for meat lovers. One caveat: check the menu and prices carefully, because we ordered the meat menu, but it cost the same as the fish one, while in theory there should be a difference. Nothing serious, but it would be helpful to have more clarity on this aspect. Otherwise, everything was perfect: quick and friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and beautifully presented dishes. Definitely a place to return to!

Excellent traditional Sicilian cuisine, from appetizers to meat dishes (we had tramezzini, involtini, parmigiana, stuffed mushrooms, stuffed peppers, eggplant and zucchini cutlets). Special mention goes to the meat involtini, which were delicious. The atmosphere is informal and family-friendly, the staff is efficient, and the service is prompt. The overall price isn't cheap, but it's reasonable for the quality and quantity of what we ordered. We left feeling satisfied.

After an initially promising offering, advertised by a market crier on the street as "number one and top quality," unfortunately, the experience was only mediocre. The smell of freshly grilled meat specialties was unmistakable. The display case filled with meat and antipasti was also very inviting. While the service was friendly and attentive, they made us wait too long to order. It took about 20 minutes to be served, with no menu and no price list. We then asked for three mixed meat platters and two small mixed antipasti plates with a couple of small breads (we weren't particularly hungry). The antipasti were okay, but the meat, which we had ordered with great expectations, arrived much too late, about 30 minutes after ordering, and unfortunately, it was very tasteless. No seasoning, no sauce... simply too little for a restaurant. The price was okay. The eight of us (5 + 3) paid a total of €114 for drinks, the food, and the coperto. There was no bill either... The potential is actually there, but the implementation needs to be significantly improved.
