An Italian culinary institution. It's no surprise that in a secret, private room next to you, a king of some European nation is dining. The place has a layout halfway between sky, land, and sea, with an interior designed for warmth and hospitality. A room with a sound system that intoxicates even the ears. Chef Esposito, without mentioning his culinary skills, is now part of Italian cuisine history. Not in excess and experimentation, but in his technical prowess and extreme, perfectionist respect for raw materials. Service began outside the restaurant, where you don't even have to worry about parking because someone will do it for you. This alone gives you the feeling of an experience that will live long in your heart.

We have eaten at many amazing restaurants throughout the world and this restaurant was one of best places we have eaten definitely on our two week trip through Italy and Spain (BCN/Ibiza/Forementera) and one of best places we have ever eaten. The entire experience is top notch and extraordinary.
As we came off the main road and took many hairpin turns down the winding road heading to our final destination located in Marina di Equa nothing prepared us for what awaited us.
We found what looked like a fortified building/tower and as we looked around perplexed trying to see where we could parked a gentle man approached us wearing a Torre del Saracino shirt and obviously was the valet attendant and he came toward us welcomed us and kindly parked our rental car (this is a nice perk). We immediately were warmly greeted as we approached the entrance. We were taken to a beautiful corner table with magnificent views of the water and the from where one could admire Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples.
What came next nothing could prepare us. Chef Gennaro Esposito is a master who brilliantly expresses the essence of his native land in every dish. Every dish is creatively presented, every dish is a masterpiece. Service was impeccable with Francesco describing every wine to us in great detail. The staff works as a seamless unit/team and all of the individuals with whom we interacted shined. Our server in particular proved warm and professional (Patricia was pleasant and warm as well).
This place is well deserving of all the accolades! Cannot wait to come back to this magnificent restaurant!
This was a gastronomic memorable journey!

We booked for dinner, received an excellent welcome, and the location was splendid, with a dream view. The staff were very friendly, and therefore our expectations were very high, as expected for a two-star establishment. We opted for the three-course à la carte menu, which I personally had trouble with since the menu didn't clearly state what the main course was. I left half of it, but no one asked me why.
We try to talk about it, as well as other small problems with the dishes, which certainly appear to be meticulously prepared and the result of considerable thought and effort, and we are summoned by the head
chef, since Gennaro Esposito is unfortunately not present, who makes his own arguments and doesn't listen much. It's a shame. It would have been enough to simply use the words "I'm sorry" or "sorry" with humility and perhaps show a little more consideration, as I would expect in a place of this caliber. I'm a professional, and in my line of work, if there's an apology to be made, I do so, even after 40 years of experience. Back at the table,
there were truly many pamperings, from the pre-dessert to the coffee to the little gift at the end. Overall, a lovely evening.
But since it's a place where you know the prices are what they are, you expect perfection.

Servicio absolutamente impecable y comida impecable en los 11 cursos que pedimos. Cada plato era un contraste encantador de sabor accesible - nos encantó la variedad de acentos sabrosos a través de la comida: kumquat, remolacha, achicoria, cordero, y más.
