The service has improved although even now sometimes the wait is long but it depends on the day, the pastry products are very good and even the aperitif with chips is not bad quality/price. Polite staff.

I have always spoken highly of this business to anyone but today unfortunately I was disappointed by the staff who were mostly not very attentive and even a little superficial and I am talking about the cashier who presents himself with an unprofessional and even arrogant attitude. First of all, I asked for two cones and instead he beat out cups, then secondly with an air of condescension he asks me if I want the receipt, almost as if he didn't want to give it to me. If it were for the quality of the products I would give at least 4 stars but for the daytime staff I would give 1. Too bad, maybe I will return, but in the evening the atmosphere is something completely different.

What about Top Flight? Well, it certainly is the best bakery in my area. Whether you get a croissant, a pastry, a cannoli, a babà or any other dessert you want, the quality is excellent! The staff is always kind and helpful and, in particular, Lavina and Mattia always welcome us with a smile, are ready to give us advice and make us feel at home! The environment is large and bright. In short, a place of the heart!

While waiting for the train to leave, we had breakfast in this bar recommended to us by some friends in the area, and we were very satisfied! Excellent prices, spectacular soy cappuccinos (not a given!) and full, fresh croissants! Very clean, quiet and modern environment, very kind and helpful staff. We'll be back!

Top quality and service, but I have to review a person who often works in the morning who for the umpteenth time behaves in a rude and annoyed way, but this morning he hit rock bottom... after having kindly asked for a coffee and a chocolate croissant, he almost throws the water in my face as if he were mixing cement and begins by saying “you take the croissant from there”. Honestly, you make me want to stop in this bar, which is a shame because the rest of the staff is always very kind.

05/04/2025: Structure equipped with every comfort and above all with very kind staff. For a day of relaxation we chose this hotel just outside Rossano and we had a great time. The room was clean and spacious. We slept on a comfortable and spacious bed and, after a hearty breakfast, at 10.00 we were in the spa for two hours of total relaxation with clean and spacious rooms. The spa also offers a salt room and. it's not for everyone. The icing on the cake was that we had to vacate the room by 10.00 am but the very kind manager of the facility offered us a very welcome late checkout so that we could also use it after the spa experience. Highly recommended.

Last but not least, the hotel restaurant offers fresh and tasty food, making your stay even more pleasant. In general, Roscianum appears to be a well-managed structure, capable of satisfying the needs of its guests.

27/12/2024: We ate in this place on the occasion of a wedding anniversary, on St. Stephen's Day. The environment is rustic and welcoming, a little out of the way, immersed in the Cerchiara plain. We tasted about ten starters, including aubergines in oil, cannellini beans, livers (not exceptional), tripe with potatoes, potatoes and peppers (normal), cured meats, cheeses etc..., a good pasta with mushrooms, rags (the only discordant note because the meat was tough), lemon escalopes (good) and various side dishes. They couldn't help but end with a well-presented pineapple, bitters and coffee. Fair prices and overall satisfying.
