The food was delicious, with generous portions. Brian's service was outstanding; being a Spanish speaker, it was very convenient for us. The tiramisu was the best.

Excellent dinner at this Italian restaurant, we dined inside, it speaks loudly, of the noise, of life... the waiters express themselves... the artichoke is very good, as well as the homemade pasta and the tiramisu. Take the bread (used for pizza). Very good advice for the choice of wine. Excellent coffee! A beautiful Italian evening!!!

Great traditional Roman restaurant. The line moves quickly. Delicious food. Reasonable prices.

We went at 4pm and got a table right away. Great service and vibes, the portions of food was big but there are much better options around the area.

Food was good, but quantity/quality/price it's not the best we had in Trastevere. I think that the dozens of thousands of reviews and being advertised in every single guide allowed them to significantly increase the prices (specially meat and wine) without losing clients. Carbonara and Amatriciana were good but not the best we had in Rome, artichokes were very small and even if the service was nice, you can't stop the feeling of being treated as a stupid tourist as there was a push to order the tiramisú and I heard 3 different waiters saying that a different dish was "The" speciality of the house. If you have no time to do extra research and extra money for the same dish doesn't make a difference to your pocket, then go! Otherwise try other more local options in Trastevere

Qui siamo nel cuore di trastevere, non può mancare la cucina tipica romana, si può gustare tutti i piatti della tradizione, ampio spazio anche all'aperto, ben organizzato con ambienti protetti e riscaldati . Qualità prezzo buono. Lo consiglio.

My boyfriend and I visited Tonnarello for our last dinner in Rome and it did not disappoint! We had the carbonara and tomato pasta with meatballs - both entirely fresh and homemade - with the house red wine. Don’t be put off by the long queue as their huge capacity means you’re seated very quickly. Overall, I highly recommend!
