Tonazzo 1888 - Carneria Ristorante Veggeria In Vicenza

Having been to many other restaurants this one has exceeded my expectations. The service was friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and mouthwatering, and the restaurant itself is a nice mature place. I do believe that this restaurant is worthy of 5 stars. Not from myself as a customer on a review but perhaps from a food critic and on a Michelin Star.

My best friend and I came to eat at this restaurant a few weeks ago and I must say that we were very happy with both the place in general (very spacious and well furnished), the staff (friendly, ready to assist you and satisfy your requests). ) and the quality of the food, we took as a starter a cheese platter which was presented with many different types of cheeses and as a second course a red burger combo and a sliced ​​Asiago with Porcini mushrooms which was very soft, like the cream of cheese itself When I'm in Vicenza again I will definitely return to this restaurant!

The place is great for a business dinner. The steaks are huge and excellent cuts. The wine selection is great. The service was nice and prompt by European standards.

I had the pleasure of dining in a truly special place, where the quality of the raw materials and the welcoming atmosphere blend perfectly. The first course I tried was a magnificent grilled steak, served on a hot plate to keep it warm while I enjoyed it. The meat was very tender, tasty and cooked just right. An excellent carnivorous experience, accompanied by a sauce that enhanced the flavors without covering them. For dessert, tiramisu could not be missing. Its creaminess and delicacy were perfectly balanced. Each layer of mascarpone and coffee blended with the biscuits, creating a refined but not too heavy dessert. Definitely one of the best tiramisu I've ever tasted. Finally, I cannot fail to mention the beef tartare, an elegant and fresh appetizer, served on a creamy base that enhanced its taste. The meat was incredibly fresh, finely cut and paired with crunchy croutons that created a perfect contrast of textures.

Siamo stati oggi a pranzo, in famiglia. Il locale internamente si presenta ben curato ed elegante. Il servizio eccellente. Abbiamo preso due risotti al tartufo nero, tagliolini con battuta e pomodorini, carbonara. A seguire tre dolci, due sacher e una cheesecake (molto buona!). Abbiamo preso due bottiglie d’acqua. Abbiamo speso 25€ a testa. Torneremo volentieri per assaggiare anche i secondi ed i tagli di carne, visto che il locale è fornito splendida vetrina!
