Delicious Tartare salad and wine for lunch. Excellent service, very friendly and professional staff. There is a showcase full of the different dry aged steaks they have on the menu from different regions and the waiter walked us through the choices. The menu is vast and we will need to return to try more. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Perfect for meat livers and literally everyone! Very nice atmosphere and place the service was excellent and professional but honestly the most important is how good the food is. There are limitless choices and the meat is so delicious. I really cant wait to come back!

A very beautiful and refined steakhouse. Inside, a beautiful refrigerator filled with various cuts of meat. We tried a Norland ribeye steak, which was very good, a skewer, and a tagliata. Everything was truly delicious. My only negative was the steak being served on a cast iron plate that was too hot. The pieces of meat underneath were overcooked. Otherwise, a positive experience.

We had dinner here last night. They offer an incredible selection of excellent meats, visible in the aging room on display in the dining room. Choosing your meat while observing it is a magical and exciting experience that no other restaurant offers, except here at Gusto Rosso! The staff explained the differences between the various types of meat offered, and we opted for an exceptional Rubia Gallega. It was the best rib steak of my life! I absolutely recommend the beef cubes as an appetizer and the tartare tasting! We washed it all down with an excellent bottle of Valpolicella. The wine list is very comprehensive and covers every region! Service was fast, courteous, and worthy of the restaurant! They were truly excellent, and we'll be back soon.

Il ristorante molto bello sopratutto la parte interna . Menu per amanti della carne anche con possibilità di accontentare i vegani . Spaghetti alla carbonara con tartufo nero molto buoni , cremosi appetitosi . Tortelli al ragù buoni . Prezzi nella norma .

Locale fantastico. Personale cordiale. Carne da favola. Gli hamburger sono buonissimi, interessante anche la scelta del peso della carne. Locale fortemente consigliato
