A very good address for typical Piedmontese pizza with Tegamino cooking (cooked in a small wide dish).
A very soft and airy pizza. Very generous filling.
The farinata are also incredible (a specialty made from chickpea flour). It's great.

Excellent pan pizza accompanied by exceptional draft beers, the service is impeccable, the two girls with their sweetness and kindness make you feel at home. Highly recommended!!

Locale non tanto grande con dehor nel centro di Torino. Abbiamo scelto di mangiare dentro. Servizio veloce, cameriere gentili e simpatiche. Ci hanno portato tre menù con ampia scelta di pizze al padellino e farinata. Abbiamo scelto tre pizze, molto buone e ben farcite. Più piccole della pizza rotonda classica, ma più alta. Croccante fuori e morbida dentro. Una birra piccola e acqua. Ampia scelta di dolci, ma noi non abbiamo preso nulla. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Da provare.

Tonight we ate a pan pizza and a focaccia, which turned out to be light and delicate like a cloud.
Also an excellent farinata with lard.

Il locale è molto curato, il personale cortese e il servizio è veloce ma la loro specialità, la pizza al tegamino, ben condita e saporita, ha la pasta un po' secca, quasi biscottata. Ne ho mangiato di migliori.

Simple lunch during a walk in the center on the occasion of April 25th. Everything was very welcome: from the food, a soft, tasty and well-seasoned pan pizza, to the courtesy of the service of the very kind waitresses. Thanks for letting us have a pleasant lunch break!

We had lunch in this place nestled among the usual large restaurant chains, we took a stuffed spelled flour flatbread and a four-cheese farinata, the flatbread dough had a crazy scent, soft and perfectly cooked, the filling made with of excellent quality, the farinata is very soft and has a crunchy edge. An excellent discovery with a made in Italy menu!!
