One of the most reliable and good all you can eat restaurants in Turin

I am giving this five stars, not because it’s the best sushi, but for being a very good version of what it is. The place is exactly what it’s trying to be. It’s a high volume efficient, all you can eat sushi place. The food is the right price for what you’re getting. It’s not premium sushi, but it’s consistent and I always enjoy the things I get. Also, the staff is very attentive, very responsive, and easy-going. This is particularly impressive because of how busy the place often is.

We went to Tokyo Zen Sushi last Saturday for dinner, a group of six, on an all-you-can-eat basis. The overall food quality was decent: well-presented sushi and average fish for this type of AYCE restaurant. Not particularly memorable, but still adequate for a dinner with friends. The aspect that unfortunately impacted the experience the most was the service. During the evening, there were some order errors, and several dishes took a long time to arrive, while we had to ask for others because they hadn't arrived at the table. We also had some communication difficulties with the waiter, which likely contributed to some of the order confusion. Being a Saturday night, a bit of a wait is understandable, but with more precise order management and service, the experience could significantly improve. Overall, an average AYCE restaurant, with room for improvement, especially in the organization of the service. We'll probably return to see if it was just a particularly busy evening.

The decor is quite basic but nice. The ordering system uses a QR code on your phone, but it wasn't working very well; every time I placed an order, it said "error" and I had to send it again, which worried me because I was ordering everything twice. The food was very good, although several of the items mentioned in the menu reviews weren't available.

The all-you-can-eat sushi is good, average compared to many other similar establishments. Nigiri and uramaki are quite small and not particularly filling. The lunch menu is limited. The price is fair for the type of offering.

The food is fantastic and excellent value for money. The only thing I would improve is the ordering system, which is a bit confusing. The limits, especially if there are a lot of people at the table, aren't counted correctly. Sometimes the system doesn't register the order when someone places it.

A very disappointing experience. The order arrived very late, and several dishes were incorrect or missing. We tried contacting the restaurant, but were unable to find a satisfactory solution. It's a shame, because the quality might be good, but service like this makes it difficult to return or recommend the place.

A well-kept restaurant, friendly and fast staff, and excellent sushi for an all-you-can-eat establishment. It's my favorite in central Turin. It's even better for dinner, but even at lunch (which is a little cheaper) it's excellent. Definitely recommended.
