Tokyo zen In Torino

The tuna was excellent, the salmon was very good and above average. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the limit of one per person for carpaccio is a bit ridiculous.

When Tokio Zen opened, I was a customer, not a regular, but not constant. Super fast, efficient, precise. Lately the environment has changed, it has been renovated a bit, but it hasn't improved. I've had lunch many times and dinner many times. Today I heard many tables around me complaining about the slowness of the service. Two tables got up to leave without having received the right dishes. My son and I also had some slowdowns, but frankly for me there was no rush and I dedicated myself to calm. I'm so sorry because I saw a decline. I have always chosen, even with friends, this place, but with all the competition that there is now, they should review a few things. My advice is intended to be constructive. 😉

I chose the all you can eat formula and I ate really well while spending very little! The staff is also very kind, I highly recommend this place. I will return.

Never been to Turin in an AYCE and I tried them all from Borgaro and Chivasso to Burolo. This AYCE is of a different kind, I went there on a Tuesday night but if I have to be picky I didn't really like the octopus balls, you can't look at the order history but only by memory and really too much pepper in the ramen but for the rest every bite was an explosion of flavors and aromas. Let's say a welcoming modern and a bit refined environment that breaks away a bit from their culture, from the slightly greasy fried food and very tasty filling, the shrimp skewers with a very good sauce with some notes of honey and other spices and the salmon with less fat than other restaurants and much more. I was really amazed, very high quality/price ratio, please don't change chef or raw materials over time like everyone does. Congratulations 👏
