We returned today after a long time, and it's much improved! A very pleasant lunch, everything was good, with plenty of choices, including vegetarian options, and very fast and efficient service.

Fast service. Unfortunately you have to order by mobile phone but I have to say that the app allows you to change the dishes and you don't suffer (unlike other places) from the absence of a waiter to interact with.

Tokyo Zen is a truly delicious restaurant: the food is fresh and excellent, and the staff is always very friendly and polite. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. Menus are accessed by scanning a QR code, a very convenient and modern feature. A plus is that the restaurant caters to celiacs: for example, they offer gluten-free soy sauce and some special options. The only small flaw is that the menu doesn't offer a huge variety of dishes to choose from, but the selection is quite varied, and you'll always find something interesting and tasty. Overall, a recommended place for those who love Japanese cuisine and want to eat well in Turin!

The tuna was excellent, the salmon was very good and above average. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the limit of one per person for carpaccio is a bit ridiculous.

03/11/2025: The poke is very good, but I find it a bit pricey and the food is average. It's not all-you-can-eat.
29/09/2025: A small place inside the shopping center, but clean. The service was professional, fast, and very friendly. The two staff were sweet with my 8-month-old son. We had the appetizer/first course/main course combo for lunch, for €17.90. The oriental dishes were very good and flavorful. I would happily return. Excellent!
