Tokyo Sushi loano In Loano

We returned after years (we are from Turin) we were on holiday for 3 days, excellent sushi, good and small rolls

I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. I tried a wide variety of dishes: from the simple yet perfect salmon hosomaki to the richer versions with Philadelphia cheese, creamy and irresistible. The salmon nigiri was incredibly fresh, while the shrimp nigiri had a delicate and balanced flavor. I also tried hot dishes like the chicken and shrimp skewers, grilled salmon, and gyoza, all delicious. A special mention goes to the salmon and shrimp rolls and the lemon shrimp, truly surprising in their freshness and flavor. The atmosphere is stunning, meticulously designed and very welcoming. The staff is incredibly kind and makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The fish is incredibly fresh, without a doubt the best I've ever eaten at a sushi restaurant. In short: one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, freshness, and a perfect atmosphere.

The place is clean and the food is excellent. I've been coming here for years and it has never disappointed me.

Only one complaint: there's a lack of organization. I didn't like seeing two little girls at work, and there's a lack of friendliness.
