THE place to eat the best sushi in Udine. Exquisite, truly. The service is friendly and attentive. I can only recommend it and will continue to frequent it whenever I want to be sure of a great evening!

I confess, I'm not much of a sushi fan... but at this restaurant you can find many other delicacies: tempura vegetables, avocado salad with sesame seed dressing, excellent gyoza (I tried the pork ones), and much more. So, if you don't like raw fish, don't worry: you won't be disappointed!

Dopo aver provato ad Udine e Milano più di un ristorante, devo dire che Tokyo è senz'altro il migliore. Il pesce è freschissimo e selezionato senza lesinare.

Uno dei migliori ristoranti a Udine per quanto riguarda il cibo giapponese. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, qualità del cibo alta e una bella location soprattutto internamente. Unico neo che esternamente il locale andrebbe ammodernato

30/07/2025: The atmosphere is completely different from an all-you-can-eat place. It's serene and calm. The service is excellent, and the owners are truly super kind. The sushi is good, nothing to complain about. The prices are fair. The atmosphere is truly intimate. Recommended :)
12/07/2025: I made a reservation today at 8:30 PM for two people. The place is very clean and quiet. The owners, a husband and wife team, were wonderful and incredibly kind. The sushi was excellent, in my opinion the best in Udine. Both the fish and the rice were delicious. Takeout is also available. A truly wonderful experience, highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

Ristorante Giapponese Sakura

21/08/2025: Among sushi and all-you-can-eat restaurants, this is the best! The exterior may not be as flashy as other places, but the food is truly top-notch: fresh, tasty, and carefully prepared. The tartare, in particular, seems made with love.
