It's a good hotel if you're traveling to Florence by car. It's easy to park outside and has an indoor parking lot. Sofía's service at reception was unbeatable. The room was spacious and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I also have to mention Estefany, the lady who served us at dinner, whose service was perfect. It's nice to stay in a hotel when the staff is top-notch. They offer transportation to and from the city.

We had a wonderful holiday at this property with our two children! The location is truly convenient, and everything is meticulously designed, with a welcoming and refined style that makes you feel instantly at ease. You can tell that everything is thoughtfully designed for guests. The staff is always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with any needs—truly impeccable. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very functional, with super-comfortable beds and everything was perfectly organized, even for those traveling with children. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the day: generous and high-quality! There was a machine for making light crepes on the spot (a real treat!), freshly squeezed juices, a wide variety of teas and infusions, countless types of pastries, and an excellent savory selection. Our children had a blast in the play area, while we loved the pool with its whirlpool area—perfect for relaxing. A place we would happily return to and one we highly recommend to families!

A pleasant return I discovered this hotel on business trips and returned today with my family and a couple of friends. The place is truly a little oasis of relaxation with a pool, waterfall, and a play area for the kids. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant; the steak sushi was excellent.

The property is AMAZING and in a great location! It's truly tastefully decorated, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed with guests in mind. The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and attentive to their needs. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the spaces are very well-designed. I especially loved the breakfast room, which offers a wide selection of quality products. I was amazed that there was even a machine to make light crepes! There's also a wide selection of infused teas, freshly squeezed juices, lots of croissants, and even a well-stocked savory corner. And the other thing I loved is the pool. It even has a whirlpool! In short, I'll definitely be back!!!

A Peaceful Retreat Just Outside Florence: We had a really nice stay at this hotel, which has just been taken over by a new company and completely rebranded. It’s been recently refurbished and looks great — modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just 5 km from Florence, and there’s a shuttle that makes it super easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel itself is surrounded by greenery, has a lovely pool, and is very peaceful — a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Our room was spacious and quiet, with everything we needed. The bar was well stocked, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a great spot if you’re looking for a relaxing base near Florence!
