the environment is quiet, but I had to eat a vegan burger whose bun was very heated so it was very hard, sending it back would have been suicide given that we waited a long time... (maybe not enough staff?)

Good burgers but not... Wow. Clearly frozen fried potatoes and quite high prices considering that it is located far from the city center as well as in relation to the quality of the food. As in many places, they try in every way to have 2 shifts in the evening with the result that you sit down, order, eat and be out after about 75 minutes and honestly it is not what you would call a place to spend an evening chatting with friends. Paying an average of 15 euros (without desserts), I no longer consider it satisfying. I expected better.

Saturday night: I understand the rush hour and I understand the normal difficulties of the staff. However, I don't understand why with dozens of tables and +100 seats there is only one person taking orders. Good dishes, of course, but the service is the real sore point. Left almost 3 hours after entering.

We had a good time in this pub. We booked with the fork and the discount was clearly applied. Good food to our liking. A special thank you to Donato who advised us with professionalism and kindness. The Mauritian rum he recommended is excellent. To return.

29/08/2025: We stopped by chance at this cozy little place, unpretentious, and sat down immediately, greeted by Mr. Antonio. We ordered three appetizers, four main courses, two side dishes, wine, and a dessert. We weren't expecting such portions, and especially the quality of each dish. My compliments to the chef :) Our first evening in Monopoli ended divinely.

Il Pescato Dispensa Di Mare

09/08/2025: Last night in Polignano, I was recommended this fish shop during the day and restaurant in the evening. Everything was excellent and I was so happy I went. It's a shame it was my last night in Polignano. The waiters were very kind and fast. Highly recommended!
02/08/2025: We had a mixed raw fish appetizer, a first course, and a second course, and the fish didn't seem as fresh as it looked. The place is nice, though, and the staff is very friendly. I think the price is a bit high for the quality of the fish, especially considering the location isn't the best.
