Tizio, Caio e San Petronio In Bologna

07/02/2025: Every time we are in Bologna, for years now, my wife and I have lunch at Ca' Pelletti retail Bologna Zamboni, because we have a great time: everything is delicious. The same was true a few days ago, on January 28th. We asked for two plates of tortellini. They were not hot and I asked to reheat them. The second time they were still not as we wanted them, but we ate them as they were delicious, even if barely warm. In the end I went to pay and the manager of the place asked me how it went. I told the truth and he, visibly sorry, apologized a lot. He added that their restaurant's policy in these cases is not to pay for the dish. I thought he was joking, but it was true. I told him that in Rome, my city, it would never happen. I would like to point out the absolute professional correctness and seriousness that I witnessed.
