Tito Gavinana In Firenze

Very good pizza. Fast service. Comfortable and pleasant environment

I have been to Tito's several times, this time we took advantage of the pizza tour: an excellent opportunity to visit this restaurant: in my opinion the best pizzas in the area, thin and crispy, lots of choice in the bases, well-harmonized flavor combinations. Modern place, with a veranda, clean and tidy. Kind and friendly staff.

My girlfriend and I went back and we ate really well! <3

Historic place, large thin pizzas and guests, they don't know how to make the true style pizza (it's just double dough but no crust) and it was also tasteless, unfortunately the price was out of the market (pizza, beer, dessert €28.50 almost €30!) honestly I won't be going back any time soon.

The restaurant has both internal and external space. Fast and courteous service. Excellent low and crispy pizza. Excellent value for money

Service to review: we were greeted by a guy who until he asked us if we had booked I didn't think he worked there. Couple with child: ordered 2 pizzas and a second course with side dish, the second course arrived in the order, after 15 minutes the pizzas and after another 15 minutes the side dish... basically we had to watch each other while eating twice. I was a little annoyed that the pizza for the child arrived after the second course: in catering (especially in a neighborhood pizzeria) you should have a minimum amount of attention to children (the wait in general was quite long). Food ok, bill too. Unfortunately it's not the first time that the service leaves much to be desired. I would like to point out that we have always had a great time at the Novoli restaurant.

Pretty good! The service was fantastic! The prices were fair, the dishes delicious, and it was fast! A great option!

It was a grotto experience, very good food, fair price!

Update a few months later: I'm changing my review because I have to admit that I've changed my mind about this restaurant. I tried the pizza again, both the 5-grain dough and the normal one, and I have to say that compared to the first time I liked it a lot! It's a very different dough from the classic pizza, lighter. If you like low pizza it's definitely worth trying. However, they also make a high pizza with a higher price. The only negative note is the prices are perhaps a little high, the average pizza is around €14/15, (unless you go for a classic margherita) despite the quality ingredients I think the prices are a little exaggerated... however, for once I have to say that I changed my mind. That take-away day was truly an isolated case. Old review: I'm sorry because given the reviews I expected much more.. we took some take-away pizzas, unfortunately I didn't find them particularly seasoned, nor with a particularly good dough... they tasted of very little!!! Too bad..

Really nice place to spend a fantastic evening and the food is of the highest quality....
